Easy purchase and a great product. The 20 X 24 shade is perfect for our needs.

I bought this as a gift for Christmas for my parents. Once they were able to confirm measurements this one is too big. I asked for help to return and get the size they need, I was told it has been past 30 days for returns. I am not wanting my money back, I just want the right size. They are now ignoring my emails.

I am rating the customer service, NOT the product. After getting our sun shade samples, we proceeded to order a custom product per the company's measuring instructions. It was an 8 x 10 size-- again per their measuring instructions. It did not fit the area we wanted covered and no way would stretch to get it there. We packed back up and contacted customer service about returning. First of all, they would not listen to any concerns about the fact that their instructions were misleading. Yes, we tried to make it work, but there was no way to do this. I questioned the "re-stocking fee" since it was not our fault about the size problem. Was told something about being short staffed and that people needed to be paid-- again, this is not my problem. Customer service was also difficult to reach and replies to e-mails were vague. I ended up having to pay to ship the shade back and get charged the re-stocking fee before I did get a refund. I re-ordered the size that would actually fit from Amazon- it was delivered and worked perfectly. Should have done that in the first place- would have saved time, aggrevation and money.

All 3 pieces we ordered came out great. Quality of materials seems to be top notch.

I am sharing with the public my disappointment regarding three 12’ poles I purchased only a year ago. Despite following proper maintenance and seasonal storage, the poles have developed permanent bends within one year of use, causing them to no longer stand straight. I have provided pictures clearly demonstrating the extent of the damage, yet your customer service team has informed me that this is not covered under warranty. This is clearly a defect in the product’s integrity and quality.

Customer service does not stand behind its warranty policy. They claim the “poles will bend.” For a product that should last far longer, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. I expected better from ColourTree, and believe they should reconsider their stance on the warranty coverage for defective poles.

Do not buy. You will be as disappointed as I was within the first year of use.

I’m trying to return this item. I requested the return over a week ago. I still have not heard back from you.

Received samples picked what we wanted. Shipment was very fast. Quality is 150 percent. Easy to install. Cannot see through the brown at all. Really adds to fence that was old looking. Don’t have to worry about dogs barking at us or when kids dogs come over don’t have to worry about them. Also no deer has jumped the fence cause they can’t see what’s on other side.

I'm bored and used a lot of shade cells in the last 20 years the color tree by far has the best fabric and construction I have found by far. I really fantastic value for the prices of charge

BEWARE! DONT BUY FROM COLOUR TREE! FENCE COVERS ARE MUCH SHORTER! DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY, AND YOU WILL HAVE A HORRIBLE LOOKING FENCE AT THE END WITH A BIG GAP ST THE BOTTOM OF YOUR FENCE and if you're like me and like your property looking nice I'd recommend finding a different seller, because I purchased a 5' high × 50' long grey 220 gsm fence cover and it was at least 5" shorter than needed even after installing it while I pulled on the tarp and while a second person zip tied it to the fence to get the best results, but at the end of if it I didn't want a gap on my fence so I ended up trashing it and had a loss of $66 due to colour tree not responding to when one needs help but respond very quickly when one has buying questions.

I had a warranty issue and they responded fast. Had a replacement shipped in a couple of days
