Just made a purchase and wanted to ask a question. No and I mean no one would answer the phone. What about the online "chat" help. No and I mean NO ONE would respond. Will never use them again.

Absolute disgusting company using fake profiles to rank their products. Do not trust any of their reviews!

Quality product. Fast service

We ordered a sun shade sail from Amazon. It came wrapped and packed well, but when we opened it, there was a lot of damage. I called Colourtree, left a message and they got right back to us. Customer service was very helpful and they told us what was needed for warranty and sent us another shade sail.
We would recommend packing the super ring corners folded outside of the sail, wrapped and taped so they don’t damage the sail material. Even though the first one was damaged badly, Colourtree took care of it immediately. I will recommend Colourtree to others

Colourtree got the order wrong the first time (they sent without grommets, but I had ordered grommets). They did deal with the mistake quickly and without trouble, and the final product is exactly what we expected. So, mistakes happen and they corrected it quickly!

Eleanor at Colour Tree followed through our entire ordering process via email. We are delighted with the results. The Super Sail we went with in the grey color was a cutom order (which other manufacturers will not do). It fits perfectly. The quality of the material and hardware are excellent. The price was reasonable.

Ordered a sample kit and received it in a few days. Placed my order and it was shipped the next day, great experience and will order again when needed.

My order was delivered promptly and the Sales person was extremely helpful and made sure our Fence shade was exactly as we specified.

I had a few phone calls with customer service and they were excellent and efficient. I got the replacement pool covering in five days. They look beautiful and keep the pool at a reasonable temperature even in 115 degree weather.

This is the second time I have ordered this screen in five year's, it works to be less $30 usd a year for a 38 foot fence. We have high winds and UV, it looks great up until the end. For the price point it is a excellent deal. Another plus it does not rattle like fence slats and is very easy to replace. I change out the plastic wire ties to aircraft safety wire in about a month.

The samples that I requested are large and well grommeted!

Customer service was very helpful when we were measuring and ordering the sails. The sails look excellent! I highly recommend!

The timeliness was surperp in resolving my issue. I only was required to send pictures of damaged item. Management made a quick decision and my replacement arrived shortly afterward.
