More then a week as past after my order…
More then a week as past after my order was confirmed and payed and I still don’t know if the suitcase and back pad were shipped. They are saying it was shipped but they can’t find the tracking number… it’s strange and I’m worried about the reliability of this company.

Unfortunately, we missed your review earlier, and that’s on us our apologies for that as well.
In some cases, a shipment can leave our warehouse while the tracking information is still being processed or temporarily unavailable, but we completely understand how worrying that feels from your side. That’s not the experience we want you to have with Combag.
