As soon as you open the box the Journal comes in you know it's great quality. Very well produced and nicely presented. A lot of thought and planning has gone into making this journal and it shows. The steps and exercises are clearly laid out and flow well, so as not to intimidate the user. I love the positive quotes throughout and the subtle use of colour.
I look forward to beginning my journaley.

Great journal to re-explore yourself and get to know and understand yourself better, would totally recommend it to anybody who is on an inner journey, wanting to connect more with themselves. Delivery was also super quick and the packaging is lovely!

I love my combat journal. I have worked in mental health a long time and this journal has helped me massively with my own mental health. It helps to challenge the way you think and problem solve. My advice would be give it a try! U won’t regret it:)

This is a really in-depth and worthwhile piece of self development, I was not expecting the activities to be so stretching and worthwhile but they are. I thought long and hard about buying it as it’s not cheap. However it is so much more than just a book to scribble thoughts into. It really does make you think about your mindset and how you view the world around you. I really recommend it.

This is a must for anyone looking to improve, reset and move forward removing old thought patterns and process whilst simultaneously upgrading your mindset to achieve all your goals and dreams. Don't think about it Just Do It.

Great way to start the journey.
Particularly good for busy individuals who want work on themselves but finding excuses to not take the first step or just don't know what that first step is.
Started using the journal a month ago. I write couple of times a week, when feeling particularly contemplative. I no longer feel intimidated or scared to look inwards. Short exercises are built with positive and accepting outlook. It helps me to be honest and open, without the judgment towards myself.

I can already sense more stability in my own mind. Looking forward to continuing with the journal. Getting a couple as Xmas presents.

Purchased this as a gift for my son and it was received very well. In fact I can't remember the last time I saw him with a book in his hands instead of an Xbox controller, which is a great sign that he's ungauged with the whole idea of a filling in a journal.
