Lorna was very helpful

They are great shoes order 1 size small they run big but I love them I am a heavy guy but I'm working on getting more healthier, I start walking up the step at work and I start wearing your shoes and they really help my feet I went from 35 flight of steps to 100 fights of step as of today even though they a 1 size to big but my feet don't hurt I also went from 8000 step to now 1200 steps a day, in just the 3 weeks that I put them on I hope they last for at least 3 or 4 months

Quick response to my concerns and desire to correct all mistakes.

Had a issue with my 4 pairs of new shoes so contacted customer care and Katherine was very helpful and resolving the issue

Shoe was too big and contacted support for exchange. Took a couple of weeks but they arranged to send a smaller size and offered a fee insole for the delay!

Lorna has been very kind and helpful in getting the correct pair of shoes for my husband. I do hope that a size 11 is the pair that will be sent with extra wide toe box! Thank you for being a great company

Received shoes that were to big and they worked with me to get the correct size shoes. Thank you! They are extremely comfortable.

Order process was easy and was kept up to date on delivery. Shoes are well made and very stylish, just wished I would have ordered one size smaller. As I wear them I am getting more comfortable wearing them but they really seem to big. Not sure if I ever will be comfortable in this size. Wish I had returned for one size smaller.

I like the shoes but the elastic shoe strings are too short. This makes them difficult to tie for me and pulling to gain length makes a predictable breaking or snapping of them. I am unlikely to reorder the shoes and may send both pairs back.

I'm using comfofeet as new company and I had my reserves as don't like to order things online as I know shoes in style my change, and when I got my new shoes that happened. Same style that I have from different company seems to have different size as I requested, however when I contact Comfofeet for exchange I received an email from Katherine, how has help me to get the rigth size and not necesarily asking questions but even asked me to send a picture of my favorite shoes so they can match a proper size.
She was very kind to go for the extra mile and that she wanted to make sure I'm happy with my new shoes.

I ordered 2 pairs and I originally ordered the wrong size. I ordered in US sizes but the EU sizes are slightly different. I was afraid I’d be stuck with them or get a very expensive international return fee. Nina quickly assisted me in facilitating replacements of the correct size. Nina from customer service and she was fantastic and very helpful.

When I got my order and tried on my shoes. They appeared to be a bit too tight. Started the process as getting replacement. Lorna was a great help on getting the right size for me. They also replaced the shoes for free. Great customer service. I wish a lot of companies would be this helpful. Thanks again.
