ATTENTION GROSSE ARNAQUE impossible de joindre aucun service de cette societé

Do not trust!!! order made in August 2019, no product, no contact, no refund. They basically ignore all my messages and I don't know if I will ever see my table or the cash back...

Absolument à éviter la commande était faite en août 2019 pour l'instant ni le produit ni le remboursement. à chaque fois j'essaye de les contacter il n'y a pas de suivi. je pense je peux oublié ma table et l'argent que j'ai payé...

Order n°18223571 made on 29/12/18 : almost one year later, no product and no refund !
We ordered a sofa almost one year ago and have never received it. We only obtained a refund of 40 euros for delivery delay, but there has not been any delivery, and still no refund for the missing 408 euros.
And we cannot reach the client service anymore...

Passed an order end of August 2019 for 4 chairs. They were expected for delivery end of Sept. End of Sept, after contacting them, I learn that delivery date is now first week of Nov. Here we are, early Nov, and unable to have any contact (phone, chat or mail)

Ordered end of July and waiting since mid August for my delivery... We're the 12th of October today and still no news. Every time I enquire, I get the same "robot" response that there has been an unforeseen delay and they put the deadline to 2 weeks later. Right now... haven't got my order and haven't got my money back. Tried to contact them once more via their web application, but at the moment I sent a message (14:46 CET -> not a usual 'closing' time) and "suddenly" they went offline. Not an honest company. Avoid at all cost!!!

Very good service!! The delivery was in time and the furniture are very good price/quallity!
I would recomand Comforium to everyone I know.
