I love my Comfort Works sofa cover! The quality of the fabric, fit and stitching is amazing. Very soft and durable-looking. So much better than the original fabric. Chose Performance Weave Mineral Blue with custom piping. Might've been a splurge for me but I basically have a new sofa at a fraction of the cost so I'm saving money! Customer service went above and beyond. They were very patient and answered my endless questions. Speedy production and delivery. Definitely recommend Comfort Works and will be purchasing more covers from them in the future.

I recently purchased a sofa cover for my IKEA Brathult L-shape sofa bed from Comfort Works, opting for the Signature Velvet in eucalyptus colour. From the initial inquiries to the final delivery, the customer service has been exceptional.

Simon, who handled our case, provided outstanding support right from our first email. The cover arrived within a few days, making the shipping process smooth and punctual. Upon receiving it, we noticed the cover was slightly too large, specifically about 3 cm too deep for the main sitting cushion. We emailed a photo to Simon, and he promptly responded, confirming a free replacement for the main cushion cover without requiring us to return the original.

Due to work and family commitments, there were times we couldn't respond to emails promptly, yet Simon patiently and kindly urged us to resolve the issue. The new cover arrived and fits perfectly.

The product quality is amazing, and the customer service is incredibly perfect. This purchase was worth every penny. If I ever need a similar product, I know exactly where to go. I highly recommend Comfort Works to anyone in need of a sofa cover. They exemplify accountability and excellent service.

We ordered sofa and chair covers that are supposed to be cream colored and claw proof velvet. What we received are grey felt covers that are ill-fitting and have less than zero resistance to being clawed. When we received them, we immediately contacted the company and were asked to do a photo shoot of our furniture with and without the covers. Hard to imagine why it's important to see them without the covers, nor why you wouldn't be able to verify that they are not cream colored from one photo. This feels like poor customer service. The covers drag on the floor in the front and don't touch the floor in the back, but that's unsurprising since they were drop shipped from China with no indication of any QC by the actual seller. The fabric also seems to be a magnet for pet hair. Basically what I'm trying to say is we were either sent the wrong product or they are just garbage. Either way, there is no hope for a refund and we have to jump through insane hoops just to get a replacement which will likely be the same bad product. I'll be trying to charge these back from my credit card company.

The custom cover fits perfect! I am more than happy, actually overjoyed.
I ordered a custom made Boxed Seat Snug Fit Round Armchair Slipcover - boxed seat cushion fixed and not loose.
I’ve had the armchair for many years, so comfortable, firm upholstery, but the cover was completely outdated and worn out. Could not bear to throw it out - also fed up with the look of my livingroom. Furthermore, I had too many different seats and sofas with different covers. And I wanted to eliminate creating waste. Comfort works covers were my solution.
With my cat, I decided for a light modern taupe color: paw-proof velvet cream.
Simon was fast, very helpful and super professional with his directives on how I need to measure. Other IKEA seats of course were perfect. Goes without saying.

I cannot even believe how great this company is as well as the customer service! First and foremost, the slip cover we had made from one of their pre-existing patterns is PERFECT! It looks better than my original RH sofa! And the fabric I went with is for "high traffic" aka dogs and kids - and it is soooo easy to clean! It looks like linen and very high quality but also super easy to spot clean or throw in the washing machine and it also dries super fast. I wouldn't consider using any other company for slipcovers now that I have found Comfort Works. The other slip cover they made for us was totally custom and the amount of detail and care that went into getting the perfect measurements and then making appropriate adjustments after they already sent me a first pass of the slipcover was above and beyond what I was expecting of them. I always emailed with Mark and can't say enough great things about what a kind, helpful, patient and informative customer service experience I had with him! Thank you Comfort Works! I am so happy I found this company!

I was nervous about ordering from this company since I hadn't heard about it before but I found some decent reviews online so I thought I would give it a shot...

I regret purchasing from here and I committed to never shopping again from Comfort Works.

I bought two covers -- A Morabo Sofa Cover and a Poang chair cover. The Sofa Cover was supposed to be fitted but didn't come with any instructions on how to make it fit properly (you have to have a device on hand to staple velcro strips to your furniture), if I would have known I would have to do this extra step I would have purchased another version of the cover.

The worst experience was with the Poang cover. I ordered the "Standard" version but it doesn't fit my version of the chair at all. My chair is considered standard but after reaching out to customer support I found out that Comfort Works actually doesn't make covers for my standard version of the Poang chair... If I want them to make a version that fits my chair I would have to pay for it... Even though their site advertises that the the cover fits standard Poang...

Very disappointed with my experience. I truly regret it.

I love my Comfort Works cover. I first ordered some samples and then ordered the cover. I live in a small studio with only room for a sofabed of Swedish design. Unfortunately, such a sofabed makes your whole living room look cheap. The Comfort Works cover has a 'signature cut' and that really upgraded my whole living room. I have had the cover for 8 months now, and it is still beautiful and it fits well. No wear and tear. I have also spilled food and tea many times, and each time I simply removed stains with a wet cloth.
For the first few months I used the sofa bed for sleeping, so I used the cover intensively, taking it off every night, putting it back on every morning. This was absolutely no problem for the cover.
Additionally, the correspondence and service from Comfort Works is really so friendly it makes you smile. I would recommend Comfort Works to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered pb basics. That same day something made me think to look at pb website because mine are very old. The new ones are a different size. I sent an email and on their contact us page said please cancel and let's discuss. There is no phone number and ensign are sent when they are there, so next day.

I received an email that production is halted and send pictures. I thought they had a record of older models. The next day I get a message saying send measurements. I am not a furniture maker and not confident at this point that they will be right. It's a lot of money to spend if not sure. I said to just cancel the order.

Next day I get an email that I can cancel but the fabric is already cut and I'll have to pay a 30 percent restocking fee. It's better if I just send measurements. Then another email saying my order offs being made! I told them I will refuse delivery. They don't have measurements! I told them the above and filed a dispute with my credit card.

In my opinion this a shady company and I am warning you all to stay away.

Order arrived within ten days and fits perfectly and matches a previous order. Looks v smart.

I was hesitant that there custom cover would fit, but they really worked hard to make sure the measurements were exact. The cover defied our expectations. It looks like a new couch (but now catproof) for much less money.

Our warm white slipcover completely transformed our slightly dated sectional! We ended up choosing the Cream Everyday Linen, and did a semi custom order for our Andes 3 piece chaise sectional from West Elm. My husband and I always wanted a white sectional, and being able to clean a slipcover that fit well was everything we could have asked for. Comfort Works was very communicative, and any possible issues were quickly resolved by their customer service team. The color is perfect, and the fabric cleans well and softens over time. Highly recommend!

Great fit on the cover for my Ikea chair. I was actually stunned at how well it fit. Cotton fabric was just like the original chair and the color was as advertised. It seems to be very well made too. The manufacturing and delivery time was quick as well. I am very happy with the purchase.

We purchased the Crate and Barrel Lounge II 83" Sofa Slipcover in Minimalista Textured Weave Frost. The delivery was fast. The craftsmanship of the cover is great, and the fabric is highly durable but not soft touch. However, the color was slightly different from what was shown in the picture; it had more of a blue tone. Fortunately, we're not too particular about the color difference, but we would have preferred it to match the image exactly.

The quality of craftsmanship of my new cover can only be matched by that of the amazing customer service. I worked with the same contact (Mark) over the entire process and he was extremely professional, patient and polite. Excellent experience all around!

Very quick delivery of my orderd slipcover for our two seat sofa. The cover fits very good!! Also good communication. Because most fabrics are synthetic, the colors are too. Not realy my choice, but over all, Comfort Works is a very good choice for a second life for sofa's and chairs.
