Really great long-term after sales service

I inherited two fairly old clocks , both made by Comitti; my grandson successflly broke the hand on one of them. I took a photo of the clock in question and emailed Comitti to see if they could provide replacement parts (ofr what is admittedly a fairly elderly clock). Their service was absolutely outstanding!!! Their MD (Simon) worte back with the correct part numbers and prices etc and sorted me out. I then asked if it were possible for me to replace the hands myself and by return email he sent me a document informing me how to do this. I could not hope to have better service!!!
