Terrible experience with CommBank’s Ceba chatbot. I’ve been stuck in loops trying to resolve a simple credit card issue, and there’s no clear way to reach a human. Even after calling support, I was to... See more

Annoying cash withdrawal messages.
Have been with commbank since I was 16yrs old about 49 yrs now. Have this issue coming up every time I withdraw cash at the commbank auto teller machine. They say there is suspicious activity. And receive a mobile alert. Can not withdraw cash unless i answer there annoying messages. Now they have blocked my account again. I am tired off this stupidity commbank. Rang your help line. They suggested I change my bank. Wow what a great idea. Seems like only use your card to buy things. But don't you dare try and withdraw your own money
WHATS GOING ON COMMBANK THIS IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.

Absolutely unfair. my money went missing from my account ($56k) and CommBank handled it like it was nothing. Imagine checking your balance and seeing funds missing, then being forced to chase the bank for answers like you’re begging for your own money back. their customer service was useless, and no urgency at all. Instead of taking responsibility, they make me feel like the problem is mine, while my money is still unaccounted for. Omg, i couldn't believe my eyes. After noticing nothing has been done about my money, i managed to get my money back after talking to a specialist who walked me through the journey. it wasn't easy but it work. If youre going through similar issue, feel free to ask, i can tell you who helped me.
This is a BANK. People trust you with their finances. Missing money should be treated as an emergency.
If you your money, think twice before banking here.
COMMONWEALTH BANK NEED NEW ADVERTISING AGENCY
I’ve been a Commonwealth Bank customer for years and have generally valued the clarity and neutrality of its products. That’s why I’m genuinely outraged by the recent decision to rename the Cash Management Account to the Pensioner Security Account. Pensioner or not it is a subjective term. Labelling for advertising purposes is abhorrent.
Antiquated 2FA has ruined NETBANK
"New" medieval 2FA has made netbank an absolute chore. Forced to approve every single desktop login from the NETBANK app with no simple 'remember device' option. After 15 years of simple acces, this is a massive step backwards and shows little to know care about the real-world customer experience.

I just had worst service ever by Commonwealth Bank, they messed up my business credit card application as well as
my term deposits account somehow was showing as Loan account which I was supposedly to be paying monthly payments!! Make matters even worse, it took some endless phone calls waited online and chats online to end up cancelling my application because they just could see all documents supplied were not enough which I could have been told week ago. Total disregard and waste of customer’s time. You get bounced around on phone calls and chat lines. AUSTRALIA’S WORST BANK EVER. Yet they pretend they care for customers, while raking in billions in profits. Keep shutting down branches and push us around.
Like every bank they are completely…
Like every bank they are completely corrupted. I contacted them to dispute a transaction because the merchant did not provide a service/product they promissed and they said we cannot do that because you need to contact the merchant first. Which is what I did and after I told them that, they had no response. So I have the merchant telling me to contact your bank, I have bank telling me to contact the merchant. The whole system is corrupted and bank is at the core of it.
I will never ever deal this bank again and will be changing providers.
The Innaloo branch concierge
The Innaloo branch concierge , specifically Salvatore was very resolutive and quick in helping me with my query.
He had exquisite manner and very polite way to approach customers. He was very knowledgeable with the product I wanted to apply that day and he was really great helping me through while helping other customers as they walk in.
He was brilliant, very efficient and specially very kind.
Definitely it is always a pleasure to be assisted that way , it really makes you to come back to that branch.
Thank you Salvatore and Innaloo branch team for making my experience very positive.
Fix your mandatory 2FA on every login
Fix your mandatory 2FA on every login - makes business banking impossible. You've ruined a great product.

CBA Coomera LADY
There is a lady at my bank (CBA at Coomera on the Gold Coast) whose name is Janine and who treats me like a good family member. She is wonderful. Thank tou CBA Coomera.
Rubbish in every way
Repeatedly block and remove my cads from my App / Digital Wallet when making payments, this is despite confirming the payments are legitimate in the App. This has left me stranded without access to my money a few times (devastating). Their online customer service is absolutely appalling and so are the staff on the phone. Very hard to reach if you are abroad. The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, typical Australian customer service. Avoid these guys.
I so much hate this Bank
I would definitely like to be using some choice words right now about how I feel about this Bank but the words I want to use to express how I feel I’m not allowed. A United States company tried to take money out of my account? And do you think the Commonwealth Bank gives a damn they won’t even provide me with the information to provide the proof to not only the police but to this company in the United States. I asked them to email me the information so I can provide the evidence to the company in the United States. Their reply. No So how am I meant to provide the evidence of this? God I hate this Bank
Dont do it
Dont do it, horrendous customer service. For years I have received mail for someone and marked it return to sender. For years it has kept coming. Contacted them thru messenger as cant email or online chat as a non-customer and they say they can't help and I have to attend a branch. How about they actually just provide a basic level of customer service?
CBA is no good. Via Swan Hill CBA
Just set up my Business banking with CBA Swan Hill only 3 months ago and its all been an issue.. love been told by a customer staff member " back up back up your too close" extremely aggressively like he was a bouncer ready to hit me ... but the one thing that CBA refuse to do is fix the ATM at front of building entrance so deposits can be made out of hours .. I've put in 3 or 4 complaints in regards to this and the ATM never seems to be working .. I have gone onto NAB Swan Hill who have been absolutely excellent and have now set up all business with them and will be transferring my everything to them .. I'm done . Provide the ability for me to do my physical banking out of hours or lose a customer/s .. bye bye ..

If I could give them zero stars I would, every payment you make even if it is a saved payee they delay the payment for a minimum of 24 hrs under the guise of anti fraud protection. Total bull cannot access your money easily and you have to tell them why and what you are spending your money on if withdrawing!
I cannot stress strongly enough DO NOT BANK WITH COMMONWEALTH BANK.
