By a country mile the best way to get your cpd points. Cheapest about and system easy to use, FANTASTIC.

I always use Commodious for company employees, and recommend them to all our subcontractors too! They make it all so easy, and at really great prices too. Today I stupidly bought the wrong course, and tried my luck emailing to ask them to swap it. They could have said no and made more money, but they swapped it over for me in less than an hour. Simply fantastic service.

This free Equality, Diversity and Inclusion short course was excellent, it covered the basics but with some additional knowledge and thought provoking questions. the only slight downside was it was US- based, but the information was general and very well researched and referenced.

I am contemplating an iosh course with this company, scrolling through their website i came across "start free trial", so i sent off a polite email, immediately returned an email saying they dont offer free trials on iosh managing safely, i replied and offered my phone no to the lady in question so i could discuss course content etc, got an immediate reply saying they dont offer free trials... So obviously any smart sales person would of contacted me to discuss a future sale in the making, sadly this wont be the case, I'll take my cash elsewhere as there are no doubt 100s of on- line courses available. 🤬

An absolutely marvellous experience. I passed my LOLER and COSHH certification with Commodious and think they are brilliant and good value courses. I will be doing my IOSH next. I'm really pleased with the quality of the courses, too.

I purchased a Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering course today, as I am planning to open my own business at my property. However, after discovering other options like food hygiene courses for manufacturing, retail, or Level 1, I began to doubt if I made the right choice. To clarify, I searched online for guidance, but found conflicting information. Feeling uncertain, I decided to call the company, hoping for clarity. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The person who answered the phone, whom I later learned works in administration, was unhelpful and even disrespectful. Despite explaining my concerns, she dismissed me by saying "I am not sure what your question is" in a very condescending tone and laughed at my query! I then said that I did not appreciate that she laughed at my query and I explained myself again, she then referred me to a local community to find out which course to take!! This is their website and their courses, I really understand if she thought that my question was a silly question but there is a way to address that instead of laughing at it. I found her behavior unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I asked for her name, she just told me that she works in administration, ignored my question and abruptly ended the call. I believe it's important for the company to review this interaction and consider the quality of service provided to customers. As a newcomer to their services, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I hope they take steps to ensure better customer service in the future.

Could not ask for more

I have set this up for our employees to dip into online training (particularly helpful during the pandemic) as and when they want to. The set up was easy, the courses are informative and interesting and the certificates are available to download instantly. We will be using Commodious for further training in the near future.

Absolutely brilliant never done an online course before.
I Would encourage any one else to go to Commodious for online course reasonably priced and easy to set up.
Also fast response from customer service through email.

I purchased the Office & Warehouse bundle for £25 which contains 8 relevant courses. I found the process straightforward from paying, setting up and completing the courses. I liked the fact you can download your certificates immediately after passing the assessment, but if you fail, it does not cost you any extra to retake it. I would recommend using Commodious, not just for office workers like myself, but also nurseries, schools, play gyms, cleaners, care workers, caterers, construction workers and trades people.

I went on to do an abrasive wheels course but they had a Trade and Construction bundle offer for 35 GBP. I jumped at the offer. Courses were amazing and well made.
