The Community Home Solutions team were very efficient, hard-working and polite. We were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them. They were very easy to contact and happy to answer any questions we had before, during and after the installation.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of this service. The process of having central heating fitted has been thoroughly and well explained from start to Finnish.
The workmen were all polite and friendly and conducted the work to a good standard.
I would recommend this service to anybody based on my own experience.

Where to start, that’s easy the team at Community Home Solutions are so professional from day one to final installation day.
The help to get the gov grant from them was made easily.
The first day of installation to the last the office kept in touch and the team of fitters are great lads.
Nothing was an issue and they looked after my mum while the works went ahead with a laugh along the way.
For a company to go out and help the old is fantastic.
Yes you can’t do a full house install without a mess, but for the fitters, to tidy up per day made it easy to cope with as mum said.
The whole start to finish was fantastic and I would recommend the team without fail.

We recently had a major heating improvement to our older stone built property with the work being carried out by Community Home Solutions.
The complete system was designed and installed by this company, internal wall insulation, solar panels, heat pump, battery pack etc.
Most impressively the bulk of the work was carried out within six days by a friendly hard working team.

I can’t recommend them enough, I’ve just had an Eco Grant submitted, approved and work completed in seven weeks, unbelievable. Excellent planning and very professional in every aspect. all the team communicated perfectly and were so polite and helpful, they also use excellent contractors, GES Mechanical and Electrical (Doncaster), and Green and Cosy Homes (Nottingham). all very professional, caring in their work, and honestly wished my employer used them.

I fully recommend Community Home Solutions. They executed my boiler, solar panel, loft insulation and mechanical ventilation installation with professionalism, efficiency, courteously and with excellent programming skills. Each of the teams that attended, are friendly and respectful to my home environment. A date was set on all four occasions and not once did they let us down. All installations were executed in 1 or 2 day operations. A WhatsApp group was set up for information and contact, dates were set for agreed attendance, communication was excellent and the speed at which the lead times, to execution of work was breath taking. I am now producing savings from my solar panels, condenser boiler and airflow in my house has improved immensely. I have no longer got tanks or piping in my loft and gained a cupboard from where the cylinder use to be and a modern energy efficient heating system. I have to thank Joel and his colleagues at Community Home Solutions for their hard work and planning in the execution and planning of all works. To add to it, for assurance, the work is viewed and accessed before hand and independently inspected and photographed through every installation. Followed up by accreditation, certificates, warranty and user instructions. All with a energy efficiency grant.
I can’t believe what I now have, all with the support of South Staffordshire County Council, Community Home Solutions and a Energy Efficiency Grant.

Just had boiler fitted by community home solutions. The staff were excellent. Very polite and helpful. All communication with this company has been very clear and everything was delt with very swiftly. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

From the application process to the end of works. Solar panels, wall insulation, plastering, and heat pump. Everything went smoothly and to time scale. Work was completed to a very high standard. To all the lads that worked on the project a big thank you. And to all from the office communication was fantastic 😊 when the lads left house was always cleaned where possible.

Community Home Solutions managed a complete retrofit of a full heating system with air source heat pump, solar panels and battery, cavity wall insulation and ventilation. Not stressful at all, the team of installers arrived like a swot team and it was all done in 4 days. One or two snagging issues not unexpectedly given the amount of work were dealt with efficiently. A great team effort by CHS and their installers.

We are totally satisfied with how our installation has been handled. Community Home Solutions have a dedicated and professional team of hard working guys who get the work done to a very high standard and on time. Work men can be messy but are home furniture and carpets were completely covered while work was in progress and everywhere was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. We had no issues and the installation was up and running without fault. Every aspect of the system was fully explained and demonstrated after final installation checks had been carried out and passed. Well done all.🙂👍👍

CHS have just finished insulating our whole house. I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure to have them here! From the first phone call to them leaving last night, I've never dealt with a nicer bunch of people! The office staff have kept us fully informed throughout and the whole installation team were professional, courteous, hardworking, thorough, polite, thoughtful, very funny, very skilled and knowledgeable, clean and tidy....I just cannot praise them enough!! I have mobility issues and they worked around me with such care and consideration. The standard of work is beyond excellent and they have gone above and beyond for us, we're so impressed. A HUGE shout out to Chris, Joel, Dan, Will, Ethan, Eric, Mark, Billy, Tony, Adam, Olivia.....I hope I haven't missed anyone off!
