I can honestly say that I was very impressed with Community Home Solutions for providing me with an eco upgrade to my home, for absolutely nothing! The work was extremely well completed with the minimum of mess. Everyone who contributed to the retrofit was efficient, polite and very friendly. The work was done in super quick time and to a high standard. This company deserves every recommendation.

What a fantastic team. I had internal wall insulation and had some reservations regarding the process and disruption it may cause. I had every question answered promptly and reassurance. The whole process was quick and smooth. Highly recommended.

Community Home Solutions are one of the best companies I have dealt with, the staff are so nice they are polite and very very helpful
they are friendly and go a long way to get things done for you.

Community Home Solutions along with Green Energy Systems excelled my expectations.
I admit that I was cynical of the whole project of solar panels, air source heat pump, and new radiators in my old house.....but I need not have worried. Communication was excellent throughout. Efficient, workmanlike, professional, friendly, tidy, good time-keeping - the best group of workmen I have ever dealt with, (and having previously worked in property development, this is high praise).

For me they are a scamers. Collected all data, papperwork with signatures, pictures inside and outside the house, and after all stages they've told me over the phone that they're not covering our area - but knocked to our doors few weeks earlier, come on...

We’ve recently had our cavity wall insulation installed with Community Home Solutions. They made the whole process simple, accessible and effortless. They worked around our availability and everyone we spoke with was polite and accommodating. Thank you again.

We had some excellent work done by Community Home Solutions. The team were very accommodating, kept the house as tidy as possible while they were doing the work. The team kept us informed every step of the way and asked for our preference. They gave advice on the best ways to use the equipment and helped us to set it up. They ironed out any teething problems efficiently and quickly. The system they have fitted and the insulation they have done for us is top notch. The solar system they installed has drastically reduced our cost of electricity and the heating system works great. Can’t thank these guys enough. I have recommended them to numerous neighbours who have also taken advantage of the grant and are equally as happy. Good work guys and thanks so much.

The ECO4 work carried out by Community Home Solutions was thoroughly explained throughout the process, my views taken account of, the work carried out swiftly to a good standard, and the house left tidy.
The teams used to do the work were friendly, professional and got on with the job, with a special mention to Dan from PES for his efforts.
I am very pleased with the results, thanks to all involved.

Had my ancient back boiler taken out and a new valliant combi boiler installed.all work carried out on time and were quick to fix any problems.all in all,a good experience, good company to approach

Once the initial contact was made progress was a bit slow going through the paperwork etc, however when all documentation was provided the survey, recommendations and work was carried out reasonably swiftly with new ventilation fans and CWS installed a week apart due to my schedule. All in all a good job but perhaps some more attention to detail when cleaning up afterwards.

Really pleased with community homes and their service. Team were pleasant and easily contactable, responsive and courteous. Happy to have used them and talk me through the energy efficient measures available and had my loft insulation sorted last week. Really happy!

I applied online for eco upgrade not thinking I would be accepted . The survey was carried out a week later and within the next month the complete job was finished by highly professional team . I received insulation upgrade and new central heating boiler . My energy efficient rating has gone from a low E to C . My house is much warmer even with no heating on . All the staff we have dealt with were lovely, friendly and professional. We have had no issues at all, everything was completed really quickly.

I would like to write this review as you have gone above and beyond all expectations as at first was worried as you would be having work done on your home we had wall instalation and boiler put in the work was done to very high standards and the workmen was very polite and considerate towards my elderly mamar and kept her in the know of what they were doing and what stages they were at in the process I can't thankyou enough for what your company has done for my mamar to make her comfortable this winter I would highly recommend this company and already have to people I know thankyou so much

the total experience was amazing g … from the very start with my first phone , every person who spoke with me was absolutely first class… i was treated with the utmost respect and kindness, i was informed every step of my journey regarding the new fans to new installed in my kitchen and bathroom initially . The guys who came were fantastic , they even chatted to my little dog .

Brilliant company, surveyed my home, told me what I needed to get my EPC rating up, and provided the work, mess free, would highly recommend

We have just had a full house refit of central heating system following our oil boiler failing,our 5 ded house of 42 yrs is now completed with air source heat pump,air circulation fan system,new radiators throughout,upgraded lift insulation,solar panels to roof and give energy battery storage system the upgrade has now brought our house from energy rating E to A we cannot give any other praise but Rating of five stars from start to finish CHS coordinated various teams to perfection during the whole house refit,A great company every person of their staff just excellent thanks so much CHS for a lovely outcome, Sue & Keith Reid

From start to finish the whole experience has been easy and smooth. The CHS team kept me updated on progress of my application and once approved it moved really quickly to completion. Each team of work people who attended were courteous, respectful and professional. I have a dog who can be quite anxious, especially with all the work being done however each of the team made a real fuss of her - putting her at ease of the visitors in the house. I am over the moon with the product we have received - the quality of both the installation and actual product are really high. Everything ran like clockwork, all work was extremely well organised and ran to a tight schedule. Thank you community home solutions for supporting me through application through to completion - I am over the moon and would definitely recommend to others!
