We chose Companion on the recommendation of a friend and we were very happy with the sales man and the speed in which we were able to to have the installation done which went very smoothly.

The staff were exceptionally helpfull. The price is highly competitive compared to some companies. Delivered and installed within 1 week. Overall a great service and product.

I can only say good things about my experience with this company. Both the surveyor and the engineer were on time, friendly and informative. The engineer worked quickly without fuss and completed the installation in less than 3 hours. From making my enquiry to completion of the work took only 5 days. There is nothing that I can criticise just the opposite.

From the initial phone call, the visit from the representative, to the fitting of the Stairlift all a straightforward and pleasant experience. Was initially recommended by a friend and would not hesitate to do the same. An excellent product for the price.

Very fast supply and fitting. Design could be improved by extending the footplate forward. Fitter has tacked electric cable around edge of opening door preventing the door from closing. I now have to wait a week for this to be fixed!
Old stairlift was collected next day by only one man who could not lift it into his van, resulting in my female neighbour having to help him!

From start to finish the service has been excellent. We had several companies for survey and quotes, this one was a little more expensive but more streamlined. The automatic turn at the top is optional but we are glad we opted to include it.

In the first instance, you talk to a real human, that's important. I was able to speak with someone 'engineer' perhaps, after the salesman had been and was able talk it through and make some changes that made it the right product for my situation. After placing the order I had a quick response requesting a detailed survey of the stairs the surveyor was extremely efficient and my already confidence in the company was even more boosted. I was convinced I had made the right choice.

From installation of the stairlift in 2022 to its removal yesterday, it was a terrific product from a fair company! They have great costumer service on the phone and Declan who removed the stairlift yesterday was professional and friendly. I would definately use Companion and recommend them

The whole process was straight forward and easy. Mick the sales rep was straightforward and provided all the information I needed without being at all pushy. People I spoke with over the phone were friendly and helpful. Speed of delivery and installation was excellent and the guys who fitted it were super friendly and had a sense of humour! I can finally tell my Mum to “sit down and belt up” and get away with it 😂

The service and prefessionalism we received from their Customer Service Team and especially their Engineer who fitted the stairlift was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and efficient.. 10/10 and will highly recommend them to others.

From the initial visit from Wes through the onsite survey by Russell to the installation by Mark the whole experience was brilliant. There was a bit of a mix up with the parts that were delivered but that was resolved quickly and the stairlift is great.
Email and telephone communications are perfect as well keeping you up to date all the time. Recommend 100%

Great service very helpful with getting the correct stairlift to work for our needs and curved stairs opening into our lounge walkway. Great fitter installed the lift and spent the time required to get everything running smoothly.

Stair lift was installed very quickly, from the time of ordering.

We purchased a stairlift what was delivered was a lift with extra's we have not asked for. Since then multiple phon calls later it is still not resolved. They insist on the items you dont need, despite their engineers on site telling them. Also every time you spoke with someone you have to go back and explain from the begining. Also When they say they will call you back, it never happens. It seems departments do not talk to each other. A classical example was an operative called Chris, who spoke with us, saying he would call back straigh away and never did. Yet again left in limbo. They call to apologise you expain agian from begining and they say sorry we wont disturb you yet 3 minutes later they disturb and suggest calender people will call back and arrange a replacement but no time scale given, assuming if you need a chair you are an old person and can be intimidated or pushed around. What they dont realise is age equals wisdom and we have seen and dealt with these kind of issues before they were born.

My dad had a stairlift installed and there were no issues with installation or the use of it.
What lets them down is the lack of response when asking them to remove it. I wouldn't mind, but they wrote to my dad informing him that they offer a free removal service once the stairlift is no longer required. After he passed away, I found that letter in his possessions. I phoned twice to request the removal; each time I was told someone would call me back. That never happened. I have now emailed them, at the email address on the letter that THEY sent TO my Dad - still no response.

Site/ demo was very informative, answered all questions that I had. Installation was very efficient and stairs space felt clean and tidy, the installer also gave good account of the working of the stairlife.
