What a fantastic service we recieved from senior stair lifts. They insatalled it over 18 months ago and were great service for call out on a incident that stopped it working. Recently we joined their yearly service plan and we recieved a very professional and thorough service from sean, one of their engineers. Keep up the good work, we would definately recommend the service to others.

Tony C has just been to remove our stairlift. What a lovely and efficient gentleman. In addition, he was brilliant with my dog who was very keen to greet him! Very pleased to have been able to sell the stairlift. The company we bought it from initially would have happily removed it and sold it on second hand, but would not have given us any money for it, so it was really nice to be able to sell it on to Senior Stairlift and recoup at least some of the money we spent on it.

Tony was very swift and polite. Tony was able to complete the work in 30 mins and was very tidy. Service has been amazing, thank you to Rachel Watmuff for your assistance. Even when I was stressing you would telephone me, to reassure me. Thank you both x

I recently had Raith Stringer from Senior Stairlifts visit to swap the controller on my ThyssenKrupp stairlift from the right-hand side to the left. It ended up being a much bigger and more thorough job than I originally expected, requiring him to take the seat and most of the lift completely off the track to get it just right.
Throughout the entire process, his professionalism and attitude were outstanding. When I mentioned that I planned to leave a glowing review on Trustpilot and Google, he kindly went out to his van to grab me a helpful leaflet to make the review process easier.
When he returned with the leaflet, I happened to ask if the rail itself could be moved in the future to allow for a bit more knee room. Without a second thought, he dashed straight back to his van, grabbed his impact driver, and had another fiddle with the seat adjustment. Just like that, he managed to give me another couple of centimetres of much-needed knee room!
It is incredibly refreshing to find a company so genuinely willing to assist. For anyone who has to fund their own mobility equipment, or anyone who is simply fed up with Occupational Therapy sending out firms that can't get the job done , I cannot recommend Senior Stairlifts highly enough. They truly go above and beyond to make sure the fit is perfect for you. As an added bonus for those with trickier hallways, they also supply lifts for stairs that turn corners, as well as straight ones like mine.

My stairlift wasn’t easy to install as I had limited room, due to a set of drawers I didn’t want to move, plus a handrail I needed to keep. Reece & Sean, engineers from Senior Stairlifts, solved this problem between them so that I can safely use the stairlift with confidence. They were both very kind, efficient & courteous.

Tony C arrived in a timely manner. He was very polite and courteous. He carried out the removal of the stair lift in a professional and efficient manner. He left the site in a tidy condition.
