Bad customer's support, unprofessional.
I contacted them on chat, and I told them that I need some informations about branch estabilishment in Croatia. The "human" guy asked me immediately email to send me standard informations, totally useless. When I told him that this way to handle the customer's contact is not good, he CLOSED the chat, and blocked me. This is unprofessional behaviour, and I understood that I did right choose to exclude this service from my plans.
