Your consultant, Miko, was personable and helpful but things are not going well. Miko said I was eligible for a seniors discount but I have been bombarded with emails from ENGIE saying that there is a problem with my Commonwealth card. My attempts to clear matters up have been fruitless. It seems that ENGIE have neither an email or text address that works. I attach the email I have just attempted to send in response to their email but was rewarded with a Mailer-Daemon non-delivery notice. My return txt was also undelivered.

Hi All

I’m trying to sort out what is happening. Miko, from Compare Club, who was my point of contact for this deal, said the discount would swing off my Commonwealth Seniors Health Card and I gave him all the details on this card, its number and expiry date. I was then contacted by you by email to say that the card needed to be updated. I rang your help number and they were unable to enter the card into their system. I told Miko I didn’t have a Pension card. Is this the problem? I do have a Victorian Seniors card.
