Due to use of excessive water when cleaning 2 rugs, it lifted up my original parquet causing damage. When I reported it by text messages, I was ignored twice. I was also pressured into paying up front on numerous occasions before cleaning would start. I was driving so not possible to pay immediately. That’s not normal practice. I would of held back some money in lieu of compensation for the water damage incurred.

Excellent communication, a fair price, fantastic flexibility and most of all a good clean! Can’t ask for more really.
Simon was flexible despite me letting him down with a broken boiler, moving my clean at no extra cost. He cleaned my carpets better than a professional carpet cleaning company and basically turned around a house that was in a bad state back to normal. Thanks to Simon and the team.

I only have 2 words for this company and Simon Snow...ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC!!!!!!!!They started off all professional, but let me down totally with end-of-tenancy clean and didn’t bother to tell me they won’t be coming till 1hr before my check-out. They have cost me £350 from my deposit...money I really needed as I was technically homeless and desperately needed that deposit to secure another place for myself and my kids, how could you behave like this to anyone Simon...you don’t appreciate you playing with people’s lives and families with such behaviour. Don’t agree if you cannot commit 100%. You should just abandon this venture as such service is way past unfortunate....its negligent and cruel !!!!!!

Booked for an end of tenancy clean, despite a later than planned start I received a very good cleaning job and communication from Simon and Chloe. Bathroom and kitchen particularly good, tiles and windows cleaned brilliantly looks just like when I moved in. Would recommend.

I used Compare my cleaner.com. for an end of tenancy clean and have got my full deposit back today. The owner was pleased at how clean the place looked. Well worth the money for this peace of mind . Simon and his staff were there for 8 hours and were very thorough. Thank you once again Simon. I would very much recommended this service.

I used this company over Christmas and I had a good experience. They were on time and did everything I asked at a lower price than anyone else I called.

This website offers end of tenancy cleaning, and offers a guarantee to return within 48 hours if the cleaning is not up to scratch.

We booked our cleaner for a Saturday morning. The cleaner was paid £160 in cash. We were subsequently called by the managing agent and told that the job was unacceptable. Photo evidence was provided.

We called Simon Snow at comparemycleaner.com who said the cleaner could not return until Tuesday "or she would quit".

We had no choice but to inform the managing agent that we could not find another cleaner to do the job.

We followed up with comparemycleaner.com and received a subsequent email from Simon Snow saying they would return to do the job again within the 48 hour period, but as they had already refused the managing agent had had the property re-cleaned by another firm by this point.

The managing agent subsequently deducted £250 from our deposit for the cost of re-cleaning.

We sought to recover the £250 from comparemycleaner.com but they have refused. As a result we are shortly to begin legal proceedings.

I would advise against using this service.
