Sport Elite 3.0 is easy to use, and both the TENS and EMS functions seem effective ... and I love the long electrode cords!
I appreciate the durable rubber case, but the charging port cover is difficult to open, and the port (or the case itself) are extremely difficult to plug charging cord into.

Yes, my item finally arrived. I still don't understand why the company canceled it in the first place.

Love using the Compex on my patients both before sessions to loosen up tissues and as a recovery tool.

The COLPAC arrived damaged, one of the bags was open and the contents of the colpac spilled around the bag. I will furnish pictures upon request.

My experience with ordering was a seamless process and I would not hesitate to purchase other items.

Got the fit 1.0 great product in using in early stage ACL rehab . But the instructions which come with it and app are incredibly vague as to the best use of it nowhere mentions in the working phases that muscle contraction and work is what to do. Otherwise a good product battery lasts well andmpads are lasting well too .

They keep asking me for a review but can't tell me when the ... The second half of my order will arrive! They only shipped half and it's not the SP4 machine I need so the order is totally useless and their customer service for compex and djo (compex Canada) have been totally .... Useless. I've tried calling "all circuits are busy" and I've tried two different customer service emails and when they finally got back to me it was a third company and they haven't got back to me since sending the order number... Ironically I keep getting this request for "how do you like your products, give us a review"... Sadly I have an older model of the SP4 and love it and need this one... I wish the company could get their.... Together as the product is great.

The compression legs are great, super light so I can easily travel with them. I can bend my knees while they’re going too so I don’t have to be in awkward positions taking up a lot of space. Would highly recommend

Spent over $300 dollars on the Sport Elite 3.0. It was not what i expected, difficult to set up. I used this product once, had it for less then 3 days and returned it for a credit. I sent the item UPS have tracking number, was signed for in the Fort Worth facility. Called a week later still have not received my credit, they said that they are not giving me a credit because the machine was dirty. Unacceptable response, I ask them to provide photos of the unit and they have not sent anything. Now, i am out $320, and i have no machine. I have since disputed the change with my back hoping this gets resolved before i take legal action.
