I have a friend who has one and they achieved excellent results
I received no tracking email so I contacted the company. They sent extras I ordered but said my order could not be filled by the company straight away so I was upgraded and the product arrived within a few days of my enquiry FANTASTIC I now have the 8.0 WOD Tens device and I’m really enjoying learning how to use it. Thank you Compex for the excellent service.

The service rep was polite
The service rep was polite, but just said I don’t know in regards to my questions on the Fuse lidocaine unit.
Still very unhappy that my email has not been replied to from Compex and the service rep was unwilling to find answers or push me up the ladder from your office shore call center..

My charger port on the docking station…
My charger port on the docking station broke on my Compex 6.0, I reported it to customer service and within 48 hours I had a replacement. Great service!
The machine itself I use every day recovering from an achilles tendon injury and I cannot fault it.

Terrible company!!!
Shocking customer satisfaction. Placed order never got delivery in the 5 business days as stated on confirmation. Called and was told a different delivery date. Still nothing then called again to be told no idea when delivery would be did I want a refund and cancel order. That’s all great for them but really needed the product to help with rehab. Had we be told 2 weeks earlier could have looked at something else. Yet another company that does not care about the paying customer. Just want to keep taking your money!! Poor poor poor!!
