I received two emails and two phone calls to verify my address before shipping. All of that info was on my order, and this many contacts was annoying and disruptive, and it slowed delivery.

Very professional company and efficient costumer service

I purchased the Compex Edge 3.0 Muscle Stimulator with TENS Kit because of its reputation for product quality, but my experience with the ordering and delivery process has been very disappointing.

Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, my order was delayed, and I received no tracking updates or meaningful communication from the company. It was only after significant effort on my part that I discovered the package was being returned to the sender after multiple failed delivery attempts. These attempts were made without following the delivery instructions I provided or leaving proper notifications.

I reached out to customer service via email to resolve the issue, but I have yet to receive a response, which adds to the frustration. At this point, the company has my money and my package, and I’m still waiting for a resolution.

Whether I would consider purchasing from Compex again depends on how they handle this issue and whether they offer compensation for the inconvenience and extra shipping charges. I hope the company addresses these concerns quickly and improves their communication and delivery processes in the future.

I am using this product for four years and I found it very reliable, no miracles expected to my pain, but it helps a lot.
I decided to buy a second one just to be sure that it will be there when I need it.

I placed an order on compex official online shop since 05/15/2025. The order is completed but i don’t know if it was send or not. No tracking number. I send email for inquiry what’s going on. No answers.

The massage gun was delivered quickly and everything works well.

I have been an active user of Compex EMS units for over 15 years. Their use for both rehabilitation from injury and in fitness training alongside traditional training methods is very much underutilised. I have used mine for rehab and treatment following sprained ankles, Achilles Tendonitis and Big Toe Fusion to name but I few.

For PAIN management - their TENS programs are easy to use and very effective.

Where they are most under appreciated is as a separate training tool alongside regular / traditional training plans.

Put a Compex in your routine and you'll be surprised by the progression. A Compex EMS/TENS units is NOT just for treating injuries - it's another effective training tool.

I've had the machine for about a week now and it's good when everything is going good.

It says that the pads should last approx. 2 years. In reality, my pads will last no where near 2 years.

After 1 week I've already had to try to find ways to clean and have them stick properly.

There are some recommended sprays you can find online and would be appropriate for them to send some with the unit.

The instructional pad placements and programs are excellent however don't get me wrong.

Like I said, it's a great machine when it works well.

There have been a couple of times where the timer counts down to zero and one of the pads continue to operate.

I have been using SP 0.8 for a while after I injured my leg (foot drop). And Compex has been my go to treatment tool for many reasons; 1- it’s easy to use, 2- more than 20 program to choose from and 3- you can take it with you anywhere. I am grateful for Compex and especially Aqdus Anam (UK Team) who facialalted my experience. I am huge fan of this brand and thank you so much fo making me walk again.

Really good! Just a couple of comments.
1. I wish my Compex 8.0 WOD can be used wired and not wired.
2. I wish the modules has a mobile charger

Doesn’t work. Getting refund. My old one malfunctioned and they told me they couldn’t do anything so I bought another one. Same error.

My compex 8 has exceeded all my expectations. It is very easy to use and the eight pads help cover extra muscle groups efficiently. Purchase and delivery was secure and swift through the Canadian compex website.
