I bought some electrodes, but some of them didn't work, I called but a woman called Rosa was not able to resolve the problem, finally she sent me only one but I bought more. Not happy at all

I apologize for the lack of communication in this matter, Unfortunately, we dont yet have a date for when the Compex Wireless 2.0 will be available again. Im sorry for the inconvenience.
Improve documentation starting with text size.
I find the basic documentation is not very useful and the text is so small it is basically unreadable.
So just out of the box I find it hard to get as much value as one probably could. By this I mean the basic tool looks good but the menu options seem to overlap and it's not clear what to choose.
What I have seen of videos is excellent!
Also it's tricky to glue the pads in the right place such as on your back.

Compex order experience terrible…
Compex order experience has been terrible. Totally sucks! After 10 days from order, I called customer support to get a status. There was no support nor was I treated like a customer. I was told the product is back ordered and no other solution or timeframe. Basically tough luck, cancel your order. What horrible customer service and attitude. Asked to speak with Manager and denied.
