While looking for a ROG RTX 4090 GPU, Last week i came across this website again, I think I bought something from them few months back anyways the price was very much okay for the 4090 card and while other websites didn’t have it in stock or it was around 5k higher compared to compify pricing. I called them around at 10pm night and got confirmation that its indeed in stock and can be shipped next day. So i went ahead with the order and paid via Direct bank transfer option (IMPS). It was shipped to BLR via Ekart, although it took exact 8 days to reach. It was well packed and i got my invoice copy as PDF on my mail so no complaints there.
Overall very satisfied with their service and product availability 😃

Genuine. it is safe to assume that you are here because COMPIFY is offering a better price than any of your known and trusted websites. Then I'd say you can definitely go with compify, it's safe and overall services is good although it might take some time for the delivery. I had to wait 8 days for the delivery,hope they improve on that.

Genuine and original product, ordered a g pro wireless, got it in next week, issue is only during payment confirmation. There was no mail regarding that. Rest all are good

Never received an invoice for the product I ordered. And when I did ask for it, the dude kept ignoring me and started talking rudely. This makes me wonder if they actually are authorised sellers of any products.

EDIT: They sent me the invoice after I uploaded this review. Unfortunately it was in my spam folder. Though, I don't understand why they do this.

Ordered DeskMini H470W from Compify, since they are the sole authorized retail sellers for ASRock MiniPCs in India. Completed my purchase via website and post payment, sent payment confirmation screenshots to both mail id and Whatsapp number. The person whom i contacted was very supportive and gave good inputs regarding the Processor and Cooling Fan. Received my order on 5th day from purchase date. Completed the Mini PC build, and no issues found so far.
Overall it was a very smooth purchase from Compify.

A deadly combination of scam and ignorance, did not receive any invoice for the items I purchased, sent the wrong item and now calls get ignored. I'm not sure how I'll claim the warranty if something goes wrong.

Also for him TDP (Thermal Design Power) is same as electrical wattage and a processor will never go beyond the specified TDP (he meant electrical wattage, because of his earlier assertion TDP = Electrical Wattage) even under full load. Oh such wisdom!
Those who are wondering what I'm talking about, go to the wikipedia page of TDP and read the second line. To save some trouble here is what it says: the peak power rating for a microprocessor is usually 1.5 times the TDP rating.

I usually don't buy stuff from individual online sellers, this time I had to because his was the only store with the Asrock Deskmini in stock and as expected horrible experience!

I think there should be some paid shopping concierge in India which can handle the shenanigans of these kind of shady online sellers.

मैने compify India से दिनांक 23 Feb 2022 को Razer hammerhead true wireless order किया था। पहले तो Order place करने के बाद, इनकी तरफ़ से कोई भी Order confirmation का email या massage नहीं आया। Order trace करने पर अभी तक “Order in processing” दिख रहा है। उसके बाद इनसे सम्पर्क की और order के बारे में पूछते ही “ग़ायब” ॥😭😭

I THINK IT WAS A SCAM

I Ordered Nvidia T-600 Graphic Card. Its performing Well. I just had to buy the Mini Display-port to HDMI Cable Separately. but i am happy the Graphic Card was packaged and Delivered Safely.

Very bad experience, avoid at all cost, wanted extra money after order was placed. Horrible experience.

Keeping my original review for clarity, edits at the end:

Tl;dr They are a scam site that will not send you the product you pay for, initially responding to your queries before completely ignoring you. Save your money, buy from a trusted site.

I don't usually write reviews but had to share my experience to stop others from also getting scammed and having their money stolen.

I ordered a high-end gaming keyboard from Compify and as per their instructions, paid the amount to the designated account and sent a screenshot of the payment to their email address as confirmation. I followed all their instructions to the letter and then waited. After a week they still had not sent tracking details so I started messaging the Compify Whatsapp number. For a few days he said that they will update, before he eventually stopped responding altogether. After that I tried emailing their helpdesk multiple times and further started calling all three numbers they displayed on their website. Not a SINGLE response. If you check other negative reviews, Compify keeps replying asking reviewers to email them and sort out the problem. Not much point when they ignore all my emails though?

I didn't think the situation could possibly get any worse when I opened my account on their website to check for an update and found that my account no longer existed. They deleted my account. Tried the 'forgot password' option which just told me that it would send a link to my email. Link never came even after multiple attempts. I know my details weren't wrong as I save it in my browser and had opened it multiple times before.

Honestly I'm ashamed I didn't do my due diligence before using this website. If you do a quick Google search you'll find entire reddit pages dedicated to the scams this site has pulled.

If Compify is willing to fix the situation by sending what I ordered or refunding the amount I paid, I'll happily edit or delete this review but given what everybody else says about them, unlikely they'll bother to do anything.

Their reply:
As I can see from my end is that , your order is Still on Hold process because there hasn't been any payment confirmation done! please do the necessary and drop an email to ********@*******.in

- I have done exactly as they asked, they responded they would look into it. It has been 10 days since this and they have stopped responding again. 5 weeks since I paid...

Their second reply:
Update: Your payment was confirmed after we were notified to email our accounts team and as i can see shipment already left via bluedart surface line 3 days back!@ have a little bit of patience, you should be receiving your package within a week

Also from next time please mention payment mood and order ID on the email's subject remark so such issues would never occur. thanks!|

Funny how I'm having a conversation with them on a review site right? Shows you how much they hate actually responding on emails/calls/messages.

As to mentioning the order ID on the subject line of my mail, I wish I could add photos here and show everyone THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID. I followed the purchase instructions on the website to the letter.

Your previous response asked me to send a mail to an address that is not mentioned anywhere on your website. How was I supposed to know to do that then I wonder?

Final edit:
Paid on Nov 14th, received Dec 24th. I leave it to you to decide if that is an acceptable delivery time. I actually didn't care that it took so long, what I care about was the fact that they were unresponsive until I wrote them a bad review. Looking back at this experience, it is clear that Compify will try to scam whoever they can. After multiple mails, calls and messages to them that were ignored, the only thing they responded to was a negative review here.

I really want to be able to support small businesses but experiences like this is why I will end up defaulting to Amazon/Flipkart for any purchase worth significant money.

They get one star because I finally did get the product. But a 6 week wait, no response to queries or help and only sending the product after I wrote bad reviews, (I also unboxed on video because I was genuinely scared they were going to scam me by sending the wrong product, as they seem to have done to multiple other reviewers); all these things smash the nails in the coffin for this website. Not worth the trouble.

Product and packaging is good but delivery is not good I'm disappointed because I didn't got my product on time but good and legit site to buy products...please change the delivery partner.

You can definitely trust this website. Before I purchase my graphic card I was so hesitate to buy from a new website. But I took the risk and after I bought my component I hardly talked once to them and after that my order got shipped I received with sealed box outer packaging was just ok. But i received my product in good condition so for sure you can go for it they'll definitely help you if you have any doubts and queries

We can trust this site. But they lack real time update in their website for orders. Dispatching details will not available once you place the order. But they are active in Whatsapp. If you ping, they will respond asap. It's good. One of the most trusted website. They have improve their website.

& Asus Dual 3060ti in matter of 7 days and both of the times response was quick & shipment was done the same day.
