Top-level clinic

I am very satisfied with the people working in this clinic, especially Vytautas, who works at the reception, who is very kind and helpful, he has the highest ratings. I also want to congratulate the hygienist Diana Ghenade, who is simply amazing, does a great job. My teeth have never been so white and clean after dental hygiene. I'm so glad I finally found a real professional.

Last week I had an appointment at this…

Last week I had an appointment at this clinic for tooth filling. The dentist who treated me was Ruta Karveliene.
Before treatment, I had to undergo anaesthetic injections, in order to numb the area prior to drilling. However, as I was still feeling pain whilst drilling into my tooth, I was injected over and over again. This felt unusual as I should not have had so many injections for the appropriate numbing effect to take place.
After the treatment and on the way home, half of my face became paralysed to the point that I could not even close my eye or raise my eyebrow on the side where I was injected with anaesthetic. Hours passed, and half my face was still paralysed. I felt extremely worried, so had to go to the A&E section at my local hospital.
The paralysing effect lasted at least 12 hours and I spent all night at A&E and did not even arrive home until around 7am the next day. I was meant to go to work that day, but couldn't as had no sleep during the night, and the experience was terrifying as I wasn't sure if I would even recover.
This whole experience has been absolutely horrendous, and for a dentist to inject someone to the point of paralysing half a face for 12 hours is negligent and reckless.
This experience has been traumatising physically and mentally.
When I phoned to speak to the dentist the day afterwards, I was not even asked how I was, and was shown no concern at all. The only person who showed some concern was person at the reception. I’ve been visiting this clinic several times before but after this experience never coming back here again.

I visited this practise with view to…

I visited this practise with view to having 1 x dental implant and as I was on steroids i was told I could not have the implant until i was off steroids for at least 1 year.
The level of service i received during my short visit was very impressive and the practise even stocked inter dental brushes in the rest room. For me it is all about these lovely little touches.
The practise refunded my scan fee once i knew i could not have the implant.
If I could have implants I would have them done here.

RESPECT FOR AN AMAZING DENTIST in Wapping London!

AMAZING DENTIST!
I was told by my dentist a fee of £14,000.00 would be needed to make implant surgery and this started with a £350 fee for a CT scan. I was shocked and went away looking for a second opinion and more realistic price.

So i visit a place in Oxford Circus London that offered Dental work in Hungry. So imagine my shock to discover that this dentist said it would not be possible to make implants and that i needed a bridge - plus they had discovered further work needed that would take more time and money. In total they asked for approx £8,000.00 plus travel and accommodation. They charged me £69.00 for a CT scan & after being shown and told what was possible they supplied a treatment plan required over 2 weeks in Hungry to do the work, I am busy with work and so I thought it best to look for a London option as it would offer a better timeline and so i contacted Complex Smile in Wapping.

Understand at this point I was becoming increasingly depressed by the thoughts extra work and of no teeth for months, I was nervous.

I arrived at Complex Smile and was greeted by the receptionist, I filled out a heath form and then guided by a nurse had a CT scan done of my jaw and teeth before meeting the Rokas the dentist.

He listened to my story and looked at my scan. He tapped my teeth and tested if any were mobile. I was expecting the worst and inside I felt anxiety rising.

Rokas the dentist could of told me anything at this point and I would of paid his price for whatever treatment he could state was needed to save my teeth.

"You do not need any work" he said..... "those teeth are going nowhere, just continue to clean them thoroughly and you will have some years with them"
WHAT?????? inside I was very confused, the previous dentist had said opposite.

It is at this point, Rokas took time to explain what is happening in my mouth and how it can be prevented. He said if and when it comes to needing work he will be there to help me but today there would be no charge and no treatment plan.

Thats right! He shared to truth and validated it. He could of made money and chose not too at this point. He said he is busy and does not need to make invalid work on anyone.

What did I pay for the scan and this priceless information £0.

I found an implant dental practice to trust and recommend it to you. I will return in a month for a clean and inspection.
