Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not trust compuB to fix your laptop/phone. They treated us like we were an inconvenience and tried to give our laptop back in a much worse state than we brought it in. In shock at how we were treated. Disgraceful service.

An AWFUL UNACCEPTABLE customer service.
I have had the misfortune to deal with Compu b twice in recents months and I have to say each experience has been AWFUL. First instance was a straight forward faulty iPhone 8 which needed to be sent directly back to Apple and a replacement sent in return. After 7 working days I spoke to their head of tech repairs Adrian and I was told that there was definitely a fault and it needed to be sent back to Apple. In total after 2 weeks I received my replacement my brand new iPhone which should have taken 3-5 days. On the 27th of Feb I left a different iPhone 8 in for screen replacement I was told by the customer rep that it would be sent to Apple THAT DAY and it could take up to 5-7 working days for it to come back. 7 days later I called for an update and Adrian tells me that the iPhone hasn't even left the building. He did remind me however of how much it would cost. I have no idea why Apple use this company as an authorised dealer. An AWFUL UNACCEPTABLE customer service.

from the sales assistant in the store to the engineer with regard repairs...
everyone was very helpful and informative.
I was told I would hear from them within 10 days and I was dealt with well
within the 10 days.

CompuB - Apple Reseller, Grafron Street, Dublin, is a great company to deal with, great products, knowledgeable staff with all-round training of their products and above all Honest.
I have bought numerous Apple products and have had upgrades etc. done by them.
