Works great most of the time, but I had an issue after the first week. Car went into valet mode for some reason and it took me a bit of time to turn it off. The Compustar 915S apparently has a valet mode feature and that somehow turned on. Also, it will occasionally start and immediately shut off and it takes a few minutes for me to start it up again. I have a 2021 Kia Forte GT.

Installed the T 13 to my jk Jeep. The Installers were cordial and professional. It s great to have a piece of mind by controlling the vehicle and remote starting it during the hot and cold days. Also highly recommend to install the drone mobile to further monitor the vehicle and remote Lock/unlock.

This is my second Compustar. My current model is a 1WG8R-SS. I am disappointed that the screen does not accurately depict whether or not the doors are locked or engine is running. My first Compustar was excellent.

The remote starter I purchased has worked perfectly with no issues. I have not encountered a time that it hasn’t started due to distance. I love that it doesn’t matter if I use the remote starter or my vehicle’s fob to lock or unlock. One doesn’t interfere with the other!

The best part is the distance from starting my car. Mike at Car Toys was the best.

I was either given a crappy remote or it was previously used as my battery is dying after only a few months' sent a message to compustar to ask how to open the back as I do not have a screwdriver small enough, but they never got back to me.

I love the system and the setup, only issue is the limit of remote use to antenna's. It would be great if there was an antenna that worked with all remotes.

This is an amazing alarm. Much better then my 2 way viper I replaced with my compustar. I highly recommend this company/ product!

Compustar really needs to beef up the owners manuals for their products. i have the pro t13 and 80% of its capabilities are not in the included documentation.

It worked for the first few days but after nothing but problems 😕 my battery would die overnight and because of that it the alarm would go off randomly while driving and the tilt sensors never worked which made the car practice usless and I was never able to connect to the app 🙃 I had to request and email compstar themselves to help me which they only helped me login the app them I never got a email back on why its not connecting to my phone app so I rest my case I went back and filed a refund after 2 weeks of torture

I had issues with the installation from day one. After the second day back to the installer, I figured out why the remote start didn't function. Installer misread the instructions for a manual trans installation. After the 5th trip, final got everything to function, had an issue with rap staying on. This pretty much made reservation mode and the remote start useless. Sixth trip, installer changed the programming and got the rap to shut down. Now, a week later, same issue. Rap stays powered on after reservation mode is set. Also had no hood pin connection and the passenger door connection was not made. Information is not readily available and you have to depend on the installer to correct any issues or change programming. First compustar system I've purchased and it will be the last. Corrected the issue with the rap myself. My opinion didn't change.

Works better than expected, distance and functions are great, drone part of this system is just on the money I'm hoping I can say this in a few years down the road!!

I find this Vehicle Alarm to be average because of 2 issues.

1) My previous Compustar Alarm was able to unlock the driver's door first and the passenger's door second. I found it to be very useful to me. This new model unlocks both doors at once.
2) My previous Compustar Alarm was able to lock and unlock the doors without an audio confirmation. This feature was convenient in not attracting attention to my vehicle. This new model doesn't give me that choice.

Way too sensitive alarm. It’s goes off randomly all the time. I only gave it two stars because it works. But not very good.

The remote start I had on my Cadillac, would turn on the Parking lights, once the
Vehicle was started by remote start. can my Compustart remote start, have its parking lights activated, instead of head lights, when I start this My 2020 WRX ?

Compustar is the best Remote start/alarm system out there. I've had em all in the past years. Their features and options are by far the best and for the best price. I will always recommend Compustar and install on all my cars.

The only issue I have with the remote start system is that it shuts the engine off when I open the door of the vehicle.
