The product was not delivered to you in 3 weeks as you say but in 16 days as shown by the tracking number ES10022746192510001010001E0N. You have chosen the free delivery option and we have never claimed to deliver the product faster. In addition, the product was shipped the same day of your purchase as announced. (Anyway you made a mistake when purchasing the product and you ordered a product incompatible with your computer)

You received exactly what you ordered. You made a mistake when purchasing your product and we ask that you return the product to obtain a refund. This is all pretty normal, right? You received exactly what you ordered.

We have never claimed to be a Swedish company and sometimes indeed our products are shipped from Asia, which is quite rare.

If you want a refund you just have to return the product to the address indicated.

Hello David Court. We have given you the return address in France of our partner to facilitate the process of returning the package and that you obtain a refund more quickly. In addition, you don't have 5 days to return the product, you have a 365 day guarantee... So you can request the return of the product within 365 days, on the other hand, indeed once you have requested the return of the product within 365 days of purchase, you have 5 working days to provide us with proof that the product has been sent and give us the tracking number. This follows a large laxity of some customers, our partners waited months for the product and in the end, the customer never sent it back... Understand that we do not ask you that the product be with us within 5 days but we would like to receive the tracking number within 5 days. The goal being that you get the refund or exchange the fastest, right? I hope it's clearer now. (this being even if you provided us with the tracking number 10 days later, that wouldn't really be a problem either, but sometimes some customers sent the return package more than 200 days later...)
