Never used this company before. Bought a monitor for my Grandsons birthday. Came the next day. Fast, professional service and I’d definitely use them again.

Great service and price but terrible and confusing communication!

I paid on credit card and got an email saying I had elected to pay by cheque. I queried it but got no response. However goods were dispatched same day and arrived following day as promised. So no complaints about service. Just a shame the communication was so inconsistent and unresponsive!

Very good service, placed order and was delivered within time frame offered, purchased two case fans that both work very well and LED looks very good, my only problem was one of the boxes looked like the seal had been broken ( so opened ) and to confirm this the four screws had been placed in a small zip lock bag, the item which did not look like it had been opened had the screws in a sealed bag. So I guess one was a return that had been opened so not exactly brand new as you do not know what usage it could of had.
I needed fans urgent so did not send back.

I purchased a video doorbell from this company (Dynamode SH-DB1608) and due to the unit being faulty I had to return it at my own expense as I was told that I was outside the 30-day returns period. Not quite sure if this is correct or not when the goods are faulty.
Having being sent a new replacement this one was also found to be faulty, however they did send me a return’s slip this time.
The first unit didn’t last 5 minutes while the second lasted about 30 minutes, not even long enough to be fixed to the wall.
The first time I emailed them it took nearly 5 days for a response, no phone number to contact them on only email.
After various emails I was told they had no more in stock so I was refunded the purchase price minus the original postage costs of £5.99 and with my return costs (£7.30) for returning the unit first-time this has now left me out of pocket by £13.29 for something I have not even used and is less than two months old.
Well you live and learn, I’m not suggesting that all the stuff they sell is as bad as this doorbell but if you have any problems and have to return anything then be prepared for a mighty headache.
My advice is to pay that little bit extra and buy from a more reputable supplier where you stand a better chance of getting a full refund for faulty goods and some decent customer service.
