Given a choice between ComSource (who managed my phone services) and my previous internet provider when conversion to the NBN loomed, I plumped for ComSource and am glad I did. The new phones arrived preset from Melbourne, the local WA NBN connector did his job properly and on time, and the phones were ported at the agreed time. With the help of my own IT guru, the whole thing has gone seamlessly, which is a great relief.

Calls were not coming through our phones and were just queuing up indefinitely. After an email and a call to Comsource, Luke responded promptly and the issue was resolved within the hour. Very happy with the outcome as it is a busy medical practice
Outstanding service and support
Right from the first moment we had contact with Comsource they have been excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble - their explanation of the process of installing our new phone system was fantastic. We were kept up to date with the installation details and they were happy to work around our schedule so it did not inconvenience the workflow of the Clinic. The support service after the installation has also been amazing and emails and phone calls are returned promptly and any queries answered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Comsource to colleagues or other businesses looking for a new phone system. The installation and running cost of the new system is so affordable also compared to other companies we were looking at .

We have been a customer of Comsource for many years. I had previously been a customer in another role. Luke has always been our contact if we have any issues. We have recently changed over our phone system to the NBN ( more than 20 handsets). After several teething difficulties, Luke and Rick helped us get things sorted.Highly recommend if you need a professional and responsive telecommunications service.

Our team at PBA cannot recommend Comsource highly enough. If you want a one-stop business phone solution, look no further. The Telephone system they recommended has been excellent. The installation and training was great and they always deliver when it comes to backup support and service.
Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, always very responsive, and a fraction of the price we were paying with Telstra. Australian-based staff, who are always available to answer any queries – no more waiting on hold for ages to speak to someone offshore and then given the run around. Would have given 5 stars except that our service has dropped out on a few occasions, but I understand that is due to the NBN, and not Comsource.
Support staff keep my business communications going
The support staff are very responsive and deal with issues as they arise in a very timely and thorough way. I have confidence that they are a phone call or an email away should the inevitable IT and telephony glitches occur.
