Ease of ordering and customizing my order. Hope the delivery is and efficient. Looking forward to seeing the quality of the product for possible future purchases.

Not just that it took FOREVER to get my "sweatshirt" but when it finally arrived. . . it wasn't the product expected or explained. I was NOT fleece but some synthetic hideous fabric I will NEVER wear against my skin. The bright spot is the silk screen printing was exactly as ordered but the tan colored stretchy polyester or whatever fabric that is was disgusting. It is going straight in the trash. Since it came from China and I have no hope in getting a refund on a personalized item, there is no other choice but to pitch it in the bin! Save your money and order from someone who will send you a FLEECE sweatshirt.

I haven’t received my sweatshirt yet, but it was very easy to see what my custom order will look like.

I was able to customise the names for my son and his family. They’re going to get such a surprise to have a gift with their names in it.

Product received is not what I ordered. Pictures are Very deceiving or incorrect. Not a soft fleece lined sweatshirt, but instead a Very thin jersey type material with zero lining. Very stiff and not comfortable. Very disappointing $50 custom made gift.

The print and names are good and correct but the material is like a cheap polyester. I was expecting an actual sweatshirt (sweatshirt material). Really disappointed for the price.

I loved being able to see exactly how the finished product would look! I was able to rearrange the order of the names by family instead of birth order so each of my daughters’ children were on different sleeves of my sweatshirt! Can wait to see it!!

it went great, but a mistake was made on the sizes and I have had no luck in reaching anyone to fix it!

Really looking forward to receiving the products for my grandchildren. It was very helpful to see how you fit the pic to the space to make it look good.

I wasn’t able to see how to buy two items with two different images and names which would have cut down on the shipping costs for me but if they look good and my grandchildren love them then it will be worthwhile. Thank you.
