Although I initially only asked if it was possible to purchase a replacement buckle, the support team went above and beyond by offering to replace the entire bag when they realized spare parts were not available.

I have VERY positive experiences with Concept Global products: Travel Sling Bag Leather [black, navy blue] and Crossbody Bag 2.0 [black, beige]. The "2.0" features, IMO, are industry-leading that offer peace of mind that my personal items will be secure, dry, and RFID-protected. I ordered the Travel Sling Bag 2.0 MAX in black & olive because of its enhanced 11.1"x7.6"x2.4". I opened my delivery this morning and am SO pleased at the MAX's dimensions and quality.
While an iPad will easily fit, my MacBook Neo is too long. The MAX is sufficiently large enough to accommodate my personal tech(iPhone/charger/USB C cable), wallet, passport, and pen without being bulky. I can adjust its cut-resistant 51" strap to either wear the MAX loosely or close to my chest underneath a jacket. This now replaces my Crossbody 2.0 as my GOTO for future trips.

We purchased two sling bags for an upcoming overseas holiday and unfortunately they didn’t arrive in time before our departure. Upon return from our holiday I contacted concept global and within two days the refunded the full amount and told us we could still keep the items. It was a sling bag, looks fine, but one of the main selling points is the security. I wanted to use it for that purpose, so I tried taking scissors to the strap, and it was like cutting a piece of paper. I understand that its shouldnt be impossible to cut, but there was NO resistance. So I bought a shoulder bag, otherwise pretty pointless...

The order was modified after order and their customer service has yet to respond. Would verify once you get the shipping information that it's correct and not modified to assist in their profit. Customer service did respond to the issue but unsure how things were not reflected on what I actually selected. They did address the issue in email. Standing by for updates.

After placing my order, I realized that I ordered the wrong size bag (too large). I used the link provided on the website and the customer service I received was absolutely first rate!!

I thought I ordered a buy one get one free deal on the crossbody bag 2.0 for our upcoming Alaska cruise vacation. When I received only 1 bag, I emailed customer service. Justine responded on a Saturday and said they would ship me my 2nd bag right away. 5 days later I received my 2nd bag with no additional fees. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Justine!
