I thought I ordered a buy one get one free deal on the crossbody bag 2.0 for our upcoming Alaska cruise vacation. When I received only 1 bag, I emailed customer service. Justine responded on a Saturday and said they would ship me my 2nd bag right away. 5 days later I received my 2nd bag with no additional fees. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Justine!

Sometimes things can go wrong with an order which is what happened to me. On this occasion I found myself communicating by e mail with the expectation of the usual we will get back to you in the next 24/48 hrs resulting in a lengthy process before resolving the issue. Not so with this company. Yes I got the usual acknowledgement of receipt but then in less than a couple of minutes I was emailed by Justin and after a couple of e mails between us the matter was resolved.
A friend of mine has already bought from this company so I know I will receive a quality product. I can say without hesitation that their customers support is the best I have ever encountered.

I ordered 2 small travel pouches and all was expected initially concerning the ordering process. I was given a delivery date. Package did not arrive with an alert as such. Immediately I reached out to customer services. No phone number but robot support giving a new delivery date.
The next day I get yet another email from the with a new date of delivery. All the time getting later-and later. I had such high hopes now trashed. Is there a company who takes your money able to do what they say they will do? Not life or death, but is there any standards or integrity anymore. My advice to you is when there is no phone contact really think about your next move especially if you need support. Not listing a live contact is truly a warning to the public.I will not do business with this company again and hopefully my package will truly arrive. I have no confidence at this point!

Unfortunately when the order moved to the shop app it dropped one of the items but Justine worked with me and honored my original order and the 2nd item is on its way.
