Very early days for me (1 month) but so far so good. My coach Zoe has been very helpful at answering my questions and offering supportive advice.
I have found Chequp to be very supportive and responsive. The product arrives speedily and the coaching is very helpful. You can have a list of items for discussion with the coach and they will go through things with you and answer your questions fully. They give you encouragement and advice if you need it. I think that Chequp have been instrumental in my losing more weight than I would have done without someone to talk to and help me in my weight loss journey.

My initial experience was positive. Fast service, genuine meds, good customer support. Then I put my shipments on hold as I reached my goal weight. Then on 27th April, without notice, my bank account was debited with £159 SEVEN TIMES. I called customer service and the lady was very pleasant and said she would refund. I asked for email confirmation - none sent. 8 days later I’m still waiting for a refund. Disgusted!

This company capture you and make it incredibly difficult for you to leave. They charge you before they have diagnosed you! If you ask them to stop charging you they ignore you!

Sent an email at 4.50 today (Friday) regarding pausing my subscription due to personal circumstances. I received a response from Sashana in minutes pausing my subscription immediately as requested. Very speedy response which was appreciated.

DO NOT USE CHEQUP. My parcel did not get delivered to me. Rather than taking responsibility and accountability and making things right by sending a replacement immediately or giving a refund which is they are legally required to do, I had stall tactics whilst they waited for Royal Mail to investigate. Now after a very long delay, they have said they will give a replacement - but I need to start back at 2.5mg as a 28 day window has now lapsed so I have to start from the beginning again. Expected to pay a huge amount of money for a medication that was ineffective at a dose to compensate for their errors. I am an NHS specialist and a clinician involved in obesity care, and I would emphasise to not do business with this company, they are not good for patients.
