Easy to use and had a lot of competitive quotes, I purchased my car insurance and will receive a £20 shopping voucher & a hot drink per month from Greggs, so a winner all round!

Crazy - they quote prices then we have to go onto the individual sites highlighted - and then they add so many things as being “add ons” that the new quotes are nowhere near the headlined prices…
I went all the way with Beam even paying the first deposit payment .. and by pure chance asked a closing question -
“So is it the AA Breakdown service i’m with ?” ..
Their site said “Our polcies include breakdown cover”.. as all my previous insurance policies had - and their reply was “Oh its not included we can organise it for you now !! “….
I told them to cancel everything - their price had rocketted AGAIN far past my own company’s renewal quote ..
I wasted about 2 hours on this rubbish .

They provided cheapest Quotes but then due to my age 86 years old these quotes were fraudulent when you TRY to pay for them on their website it’s refused so I contacted and was told I needed to pay with the insurer they refused saying it had to be paid on the comparison site in truth it was a scam and I was over 85 and the cheapest insurance is£3000+its called AGEISM and most insurers and comparison sites are involved in the unfair SCAM

I purchased life insurance through Confused.com and was told after I'd made my sixth payment I would receive my reward. I have now paid 7 payments and still nothing! I have contacted them countless times but keep getting told the same excuse, and it is impossible to speak to someone on the phone! Absolutely appalling company.
UPDATE: 8/4:
Once again I received this reply:
I have reviewed your details and I can see my colleague has raised your query with our Rewards team with the given details.
If you have not received a reply within 5-7 working days, you can contact our rewards team via their contact form: website address

I find Confused.Com easier than other comparison sites. Less questioning and more go. I have used other sites but got less good results.

Have recently left a review on here regarding the rewards on confused.com,they apologised and asked me to contact them to sort the matter out.i have emailed them 5 time's,I have asked to open an official complaint and asked if the are covered by a ombudsman.THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED TO ANYTHING AT ALL. Don't get your insurance through them for the rewards because if you have a problem they just ignore you, customer service for the rewards system is none existence,I left my email and Tel number but nothing at all.. DON'T REPLY BY ASKING ME TO CONTACT YOU I HAVE ALREADY DONE THIS.mr William finn 29 eagle's way ca288yj

Easy site to navigate. I was looking for car insurance and found a better deal by using Confused.com. I use Compare.com for all my insurance needs as it allows me to decide whether the renewal price I am offered by my current companies are good deals or not.
