Snowboard pricing was fantastic. Got a Jones Howler at 40% off retail price and about 150 euros cheaper than anywhere else. Delivery was super fast had my board in 2 days.

Responsive support
Website didn't allow to make a delivery to Slovakia. However Rasmus from Connect Sport support helped me to make an order. The board is fine. Delivery was pretty fast.

Delivery wasn't cheap and yet it took…
Delivery wasn't cheap and yet it took too long to arrive. They won't even deliver to your door, so I had to go and pick it up myself. Not wort it.

Home delivery is an option on our site but it cost extra, you did not choose this so that's why you got your parcel sent to a pickup point.
I do see that your delivery was a bit later than normal, but still within the time frame that we write on our website. We shipped the parcel the day after you ordered it and the carrier had it for 4 working days which is normally 2-3 work days to Germany.
