Parked at Sutton Coldfield Newhall for…
Parked at Sutton Coldfield Newhall for 10 mins to pick up daughters from TGI at 10.45pm. Machine couldn't find my car, then wouldn't take the payment from my card. As a female alone in the carpark in the dark, I felt very vulnerable. Gave up, had the pain of online registration when I got home and the cheek of this company for adding a 20p convenience charge! Cheeky whatsits. No wonder Sutton Coldfield Town centre is going to the dogs. Fuming.
Parked at Sutton Coldfield Newhall Walk…
Parked at Sutton Coldfield Newhall Walk and machines all out of order. I phoned to report this and to pay as I was leaving the car park. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to answer only to be told that as I'd left the car park before they answered that I would get a penalty charge.
Completely and utterly unreasonable unhelpful and borderline criminal and possibly the worst company I have ever had to deal with
Parked at Derby Copeland Street Car…
Parked at Derby Copeland Street Car Park. The machine doesn't accept car payments, only coins (which I didn't have) however board says payment can be made by this website. Stood in the rain for nearly 15 minutes trying to send payment but the site kept crashing/timing out/ resetting. After 13 mins I was able to finally make payment for a 12 hour ticket. I left the car park 2 hours later
A week later I was sent a £100 PCN because the car park apparently has a rule you need to pay within 5 mins, which was impossible due to this mediocre website.
An absolute scam to extort money from honest drivers.

Parked in (5321) Earlsdon Park Multistorey Car Park on Saturday June17th 2023. For a reason I have e mailed this company about, we never manged to pay at the machine on the way. I have since tried numerous ways to pay this payment. ie downloaded the app, created an account, called the company to pay, but whenever I give the code as above, it advises this is an incorrect code? I want this on here to prove I have tried to pay this bill. There is not a customer service number? I have tried the pay late method also to no avail.
