Customer service is horrible

Customer service is horrible. Don’t ever try to cancel due to financial reasons or because you don’t need it anymore. They will not refund any of your money or let you finish out your month that you paid for before canceling. They also won’t give you any return label for
The device they demand back so you have to pay for that on top of everything else. Do not use this company. There’s other options out there.

When you requested cancellation, your service was initially deactivated as per standard process. Once you let us know you wanted to continue using the remaining time in your billing cycle, we reactivated your service immediately so you could do so. You were not charged for any additional cycle, and as explained, billing is only finalized once the equipment is returned.

We also made multiple attempts to reach you by phone and email, including offering discounted plans and even a free suspension option to help with your situation. Return shipping responsibility is outlined in our policy and shared at the time of cancellation.

We always aim to be fair, flexible, and responsive, and we’re happy to review this with you again if needed.

We're just short of two years using our…

We're just short of two years using our 5G router and unlimited service with ConnecTen.
From the southern border in Arizona to the northern border in Minnesota and N Dakota. Service has ALWAYS been quick and effective when we did need some help, even at night on weekends.
Because we had backup power our ConnecTen internet stayed dependable when straightline winds and a tornado interrupted power. We weren't dependent on the RV park internet and knew what was coming.
Thanks to Tyler and crew for great service!

Loving my Connecten services for the…

Loving my Connecten services for the RV remote work set up. At each new spot I stop and check for service speeds and if they are ok no adjustments required. If currently configured service provider is low or missing, a quick text to the very responsive tech team results in selection of the best carrier for the current area.
Thanks to Connecten I have always available and reliable network connections for my remote work!

I setup a call back through email and…

I setup a call back through email and received nothing all day Friday, didn’t think anything of it and figured it would maybe take a couple of days. I was on the phone at the time and a number called twice that I didn’t recognize so I didn’t answer right away and moments after I received a text message stating that they called twice and was sent to voice mail. Tyler from connecten;

Company : ConnecTen Internet just called 2x and was sent to VM

Company: He will inform the company that attempt through me to reach you with no success

Me: Yes I was on the phone but waited all day for a call yesterday

Company: Well. We got to tou today... we are extremely busy and many people want calls. Today was your turn

Me: Ten four that message made my decision super simple thanks for you time

Company: Glad we could help. Take care...

Now I know people are busy and I was not trying to be rude but the way the text went the company seems to not really care and will get to you when they have the time. If this is the way a company is ran I do not recommend them at all. I’m a department of defense contractor and deal with guys at rv parks because I travel all the time and will let them know and all the government officials I deal with know how this company operates.

Update: The company reached out to me personally and apologized for the actions of the employee. I do not hold this company responsible for the actions of this employee and also they have tried to make things right on their part , but I have already moved onto another company. I’m only raising this to three stars for the companies sake and not for the disgruntled employee who pretty much made threats to me after my review. I’m sorry connecten but the only way I’m taking this down is if that employee is terminated. Your sales people are the face of the company and this show what is truly tolerated.

Great experience

Our Connecten has worked well in about 90% of the places we have been. When we move to a new location, I call customer support, and they get us hooked up the best connection available. Today, I talked with Angel, and she was friendly and quick to get us on the fastest cellular service.

From Customer Service to Tech Support!

I've had a wonderful experience with this company overall. Tyler (very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to!) helped me get the best deal and made sure I understood which equipment would fit my needs best for full-time camper living. He was quick to answer, and if I had to leave a message, I received a call back promptly. I've had to request a static IP for my job, which Jasper has helped me with and made it easy-peasy. I was told it could take up to 48 hours, and I had the static IP in less than 24 (if I remember correctly). I had some technical difficulties later on which Jasper also helped resolve with no headache, and he resolved the issue in MINUTES. Angel has always been extremely pleasant every time I've had to reach out to customer service (their live chat is real and you get real people!) and has helped direct my issues to the right person to get my problems solved as quickly as possible. They are all very quick to respond, and make sure I have any and all information I need to keep my internet running smoothly. I work from home and run several devices off of their 5G device, with ZERO issues. I have full-speed internet everywhere I've been so far! These are real people here to meet your needs, and they care about their work! Best decision to go with ConnecTen!

Connecten is absolutely terrific hands…

Connecten is absolutely terrific hands down. Every support person there is incredibly helpful. Tyler is the salesperson and he will make sure you are well taken care of. The internet speed is fast and more stable than Starlink. It is also less expensive.

Lightning Fast Internet on the Road

We love ConnecTen especially since we work on the road in our motorhome. We have never had any issues over the past 2 years and it even works in Nova Scotia, Canada with lighting fast speed. If you do need an occasional reset someone ALWAYS answers the help line and gets you up and running in a flash.

Fast Response

I woke up a bit frustrated that I had no internet, it took only a call, and it was taken care of. I continue to be pleased with the ability to work virtually, do Zoom meetings, and stream TV successfully.

Rochelle has been there for me.
