The service itself has exceeded my expectations. With unlimited data and priority access, I do not have to worry about exceeding usage limits or facing unexpected slowdowns during regular use. Whether I am working on my laptop, streaming content, or downloading large games to my console, the connection remains strong and dependable. The only interruptions I have experienced have been during severe weather conditions, which is understandable and expected with most internet services. Outside of that, the performance has been consistent and reliable.
There are, however, two areas where I believe improvements could be made. First, the $15 monthly fee to pause service feels excessive. During times when life circumstances require temporarily suspending service, paying a recurring monthly fee simply to keep the account inactive adds unnecessary financial strain. If a $15 deposit is required, it would be more reasonable for the service to remain paused until the customer chooses to reactivate it, without ongoing monthly charges during that period.
Second, while the one-time activation fee is typical within the industry and the router involves a one-time rental fee rather than an ongoing rental charge, I believe customers should have the option to own the router outright. Providing an ownership option would offer greater long-term value and eliminate the need to return the equipment.
Overall, despite these concerns, I consider this to be an outstanding service. The unlimited data, priority speeds, and overall reliability have allowed me to download numerous games and use the internet freely without worrying about data caps. I would confidently recommend the Wanderlust Plan to anyone seeking dependable, high-quality service backed by excellent customer support.

We are full time rvers. And love Connecten Internet. We have stayed in wooded areas and also places that is hard to get phone service. But able to connect Connecten Internet with it. Love it. Definitely get a hold of Tyler. He will answer all your questions. Also Angel, Jasper and others are great with helping. I highly recommend Connecten Internet. Been using Connecten Internet for almost a year.

I have been a customer of connecten for about a year and a half. I have traveled across the country using there service and only had minor problems here and there connecting. Mostly when I needed to change carriers for better connectivity. The other times I simply had no cell service in the areas out west I traveled to. I recently had an issue connecting to wi-fi and there customer service rep "Angel" answered my text quickly to resolve my problem. Connecten provides great Internet Service and there customer service is top notch. Thank you.

My ConnecTen service works extremely well. I travel the US during several months of the year. I have internet access while in transit, at any location with cell phone coverage, 24/7. I don't worry about clear view of the sky or buying more expensive options so it works while travelling. 2nd year using it and no issues at all.

Well, I’ve been calling to have something done about poor signal because of my phone and tv is buffering way to much. So in the phone call the representatives said they would reset it and it should work fine after 30 minutes but that has been 2 months now. The signal comes in just right and then it goes to where it’s blurry. When I first got connect ten it was great but in the last few months I’ve had nothing but problems. I’m sure it’ll get better and I’ll be able to stream without buffering and or blurring. The company is a great company, I’m no bashing them, just frustrated 😩

I am looking for an internet provider. Yesterday I found a video recommending Connecten, so I went to their website to check them out. It looked really good, but I had some questions about the service. There was a chat feature on the website, so I connected. During the conversation the representative asked for my name and phone number. I told them that I preferred to not give my personal information until I made a decision. The rep suggested I contact Tyler, the Marketing Manager, and gave a phone number. Today, in the middle of my workday, I received a phone call from a loud-speaking person, identifying himself as Tyler. I told him I had specifically said I did not wish to be called, and he replied, “Well, you got called anyway.” I began to speak again, and he over spoke me, at which point I told him I was just reading through information on his service and had been considering signing up, and again he interrupted me, attempting to move forward with the signup. I told him I no longer was interested, and he replied, “Well, good LUCK, trying…”, and I hung up. I do not wish to do business with rude people. His behavior completely changed my perception of the business.

I have been with ConnectTen for just over a year. The convenience of having an Internet connection is awesome when we are at shows and the show wants to charge us for access.
With ConmecTen, my network is already setup and ready to go as soon as it connects. No entering new passwords, no open networks, just plug in and go.
Speeds are good too. I can usually get high 100’s Mb/sec speed when most of our neighbors at the shows are getting under 25.
With the big 3 networks to choose from, I have not ever found a place I couldn’t connect.
Now with the new app due out soon, it will be even easier to choose a cell provider and get online.
If you need a good, fast network when not at home, ConnecTen will serve you well.
