Connection delivered a "hard to find" item as promised
As a result of a nation-wide search, when no one else - not even the manufacturer - could determine when a particular SSD drive for a series of Epson large format printer(s) would be available - these fine folks had four drives available, and delivered one of the "hard to find" items, on time - as promised, which was a game saver for a project in production at the time.

Bad experience
My product was never received. Due to a bad address, it was returned. Unfortunately getting a refund has been extremely challenging. I have called 3 x and sent an email to customer care and although have been promised a return call from 3 different staff members I have yet to have anyone follow through and my email was ignored as well. I had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I would never recommend Connection due to my experience. This was my 1st and last time shopping with Connection.
