Driver didn't show and Connect-to-transfer did not respond quickly

We booked, over a month in advance, a ride to the Nice airport from our home about an hour away for a 7:45 am pick-up. We received an update the day before with the drivers mobile number. When the driver was not there at 7:45 we dialed his/her number- they did not pick-up. I immediately called the Connect to transfer number and was put on automatic hold. In the meantime, we tried to find a taxi- not available at the last minute in our town- and also an Uber- which was over 30 min away. Meanwhile, we stayed on hold with Connect to transfer line and finally talked to someone, who put us on hold again, and came back 10 min later and told us the driver was not showing up. By this time, it was getting extremely late and we had no options left for us. In the end, the flight was missed and there were no more direct flights to our destination. We had to purchase a new airline ticket and both of us lost a day of work. Connect to transfer has not even yet reimbursed us for the ride cost which we paid in advance and will not cover any of the additional expenses. So, a completely unreliable service with a company that does not care about keeping its customers.

Failed Meet & Greet on consecutive days


Extremely disappointed with this service. I booked two transfers (Dec 30 and 31), and on both occasions, the promised "Meet & Greet" at Stansted arrivals failed to materialize.
On the first day, I had to hunt for the driver in the parking zone myself. Despite complaining, the same thing happened the next day when they were supposed to collect my daughter. No driver, no sign, and zero proactive updates. To fail twice in 24 hours after being alerted to the issue is unprofessional.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster. Rec'd email during flight xfer cancelled as van broken down. Didnt get til landed. 8 of us. Rang them said couldnt source another or even 2 cars. Then asked would one be avail for booking we had for next day assured it would be. Then email hour later that was cancelled. So rude to deal with. Booked this 4 mths previous to save on costs - as a result had to get taxis last min which cost a lot more. So unprofessional dont use. Used different xfer company before something similar happened and they allowed us to order taxi and recoup cost difference w them as issue on their side. Lesson learnt this company dont care.

Paid for taxi from airport too and from…

Paid for taxi from airport too and from ...then after payment they requested 35e extra on to be given in cash to driver which we thought was once off but when returning to airport when holiday was over they requested another 35 in cash .
So after agreed price online they charged 70 euro extra .
Scam get another company
No complaints on drivers .

Waste of time

Booked and paid a round-trip transfer from Supetar to Bol in Croatia. Got an email half an hour later that they "due to high demand" can only provide transfer with about 50% surcharge that should be paid in cash to driver (?!). I declined, and the money was refunded the next day, so I waisted only my time, not the money (thus 2 stars, and not 1). In any case, a shady business.

This is the worst company ever.
10 minutes prior to my pick up to the airport I had a call to say they had to cancel my transfer as the vehicle that was due to pick me & my family of 6 up had mechanical problems, there for they were very sorry they had to cancel my transfer. This caused me & my family a great deal of stress as we could have potentially missed our flight they were not interested, told me to ring around & I would get one which I did with the help of my hotel we eventually got one costing €30 more we made it to the airport by the skin of our teeth. The girl on the phone also told me to get a receipt from the taxi & if we are out of pocket they would reimburse me, I have sent the receipt to them & they are refusing to pay up.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AN AIRPORT TRANSFER UNLESS YOU WANT TO MISS YOUR FLIGHT.
THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER CARE & THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE !!!
