Absolutely excellent service from start…
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish.
Our surveyor was incredibly friendly, professional and made us feel completely at ease from the moment she arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly and actually made us feel really good and reassured throughout the whole process.
The service was exactly as explained during the initial phone call, with no surprises, and the survey itself was completed efficiently in around 20 minutes.
Really impressed with her professionalism and friendly approach. A genuinely positive experience and I would happily recommend Connells Surveyors to others.

Terrible surveyors - do not use!
Terrible surveyors - do not use. Gave a bad rating for a mortgage as said hairdressers on either side of building. This was completely wrong but refused to change rating despite their mistake.
Totally unhelpful - only interested in getting their money & not putting themselves at risk.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the outcome of the valuation. The valuation report was prepared for use by the mortgage lender who is our client and, therefore, we are legally restricted and cannot discuss this matter directly with you.
However, we would point out that different lenders have different criteria around suitability and some lenders can be more concerned about the proximity of non-residential property close by.
Our valuation reports are compliant with RICS regulations and they are regularly audited to ensure compliance with each individual lender’s policy and criteria. All our surveyors are highly trained professionals and each is required to adhere to RICS standards and ethics.

Excellent Service
I get very nervous about allowing people into my home who I do not know. The Surveyor was really respectful, and she took her shoes off before she came into my house without me even having to ask her. She was kind and courteous, and I felt at ease in her presence.
