Returns policy scam
The product was good but the wrong size. The returns policy states how to repackage your goods and to contact support team for address for return. This address is never given and a derisory compensation offered. It is even proposed that the dissatisfied customer offer the product as a gift to someone. The wording of this policy constitutes a scam.
