Absolutely brilliant service. Cannot praise them highly enough

There was a problem with my solar power, fitted 4 years ago. Contact were quick, efficient and effective in diagnosing and fixing the problem.

The team were quick to respond and were attentive and helpful during the installation itself, which was done very neatly.

Contact solar have been brilliant from start to finish of my solar installation.

Today I’d booked a call with them for a tutorial about their app.
Received the call bang on time from jack who then spent the next 30 minutes going through the app with me and changing a few things on my app remotely which was a great help.
Would have no hesitation recommending contact solar for all your solar and battery needs.

Ciaran, Lloyd and Ryan were extremely pleasant, friendly and very competent. They worked extremely hard and were very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to a high standard. I would highly recommend these team for the instalation of solar panels.

Jack, the Technical Support person was able to answer my questions precisely and in terms that were easily understandable.
My issue was quickly resolved.

Great people that do amazing job

This company gives really good customer service. I spoke with three different solar companies before settling upon Contact Solar. I found that Contact Solar gave clear concise advice and set me straight with what I thought I knew about solar energy. The initial phase of understanding the requirements and presenting the options was well constructed and easy to understand. The order was placed and the different parts of the team worked together to get me through the process. The team applied for my DNO certificate and arranged everything, including scaffolding,for me. The communication faltered a little at this point and I did have to nudge the team to understand when the install would begin but from when I was given a date the process moved swiftly to start. I did have some issues during the installation phase as the scaffold wasn't quite right and electrics were difficult and this held up the install for a couple of weeks, but the communication was there at all times. I was never in the dark about what was happening and every member of the team I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. After the install I have been offered a call to talk through the app with which you can view the data coming from the inverter and it has been made abundantly clear that I should contact them if I'm in any doubt. The team is also negotiating the hand over to the tariff with EDF which is my only outstanding item at this time, I'm sure it will be completed soon.

I summary, a really professional outfit that dealt with the difficult jobs just as well as the easy jobs.

Started my Solar journey with a phone call to contact solar - from that day on everything was so simple, no high pressure sales, a lot of real questions, full explanations on everything to ensure I had no niggles.
I had 16 panels and 3 batteries installed and it could not have been simpler - all the paperwork was handled and sorted by C.S. Everybody was great from start to finish, I could mention a few names but it wouldn't be fair on everybody else who were absolutely fantastic.
Very rarely you deal with a company where, whoever you speak to or whatever you ask, it is handled professionally, with full knowledge and very friendly.

We had solar panels and a battery installed 3 years ago by Contact Solar. The process went well and the system has been running well since. Very impressed with level of after sales care after a recent issue. A firmware update on our system causing the settings to default/reset. Ben from Contact support team was really helpful in looking into the issue and advising what setting I needed to switch back. Really valued the quick response, especially when the installation was some time ago.

Great communication from this company. They were best on price and use premium products. All went to plan so would recommend them.

Absolutely first class service! Time from placing order, getting G99 process started, to completed instal was several months. But the work was very diligently and professionally completed. Technician was very neat, kept his work area clean and left everything spotless on completion. Sun Synk set up is fantastic, app is perhaps not as intuitive as it could be, but booked walk through / training with Contact Solar. All in all 10 out of 10!

Excellent communications with office staff, work completed on schedule. Fitters completed the job to a high standard and tidied up after themselves. Would recommend.

Great service, quick installation and good support. It took me ages to take the plunge, but these guys made it so easy and definitely worth it!

Having researched a lot of companies and spoken to most I decided to go with contact solar for various reasons.

1, there was no pressure to sign with them when getting a quote the advisor I spoke with even encouraged me to talk to other providers before making a decision.

2, the advisor took time to go through all the different systems they offer, I ended up going with the Tesla system as it fits all my needs again there was no pressure to go with a specific system and no hard sell.

3, They are backed by EDF and offer an amazing tariff if you choose to use them.

4, Every person I spoke with from there team are very polite and respectful and are happy to talk you through everything you need to know.

5, I will definitely be recommending them to people I know that are looking for a solar installation.

We have been very impressed throughout our dealings with Contact Solar. Today it was Jack who took me through a tutorial to set up our battery charge and discuss the system as a whole. He called on the set time to start, he was very knowledgeable, was patient and succinct. In my opinion, a credit to Contact Solar.
