The worst company I have ever had the privilege to deal with, I served notice to move out but the day before I was due to clear my unit out I was confirmed as having Covid, I emailed the guy on site and said as soon as I can I’ll get down and sort it out, Ann Lister in credit control bombarded me with phone calls and email while I was very sick, she then put an over lock on it so the people I had organised to go in and clear it out couldn’t, now they are saying that I have to pay an extra months rent, if you want to be hounded and held to ransom then this is the company to use, most in compassionate company I’ve ever used. Be weary!!

We are also sorry that you felt bombarded. Our credit control process is stipulated by our professional body, the Self Storage Association UK. The purpose is to keep in contact so that you know what is going on at each step of the way. It allows us to keep communication open so that we can tailor a solution to an individual’s situation. It’s a 74 day process - we don’t just overlock a container without notification.
We understand that you’ve been through some tough times. We sympathise and we’ve tried to work with you including waiving fees that were due. We hope better times are ahead and wish you well for the future.

Straight forward and very helpful
I found the whole process quick and easy, Ricky at Container Team was really helpful whilst understanding the needs of our business and the urgency of assistance to maintain our business, I would recommend Container Team and would not hesitate to use them in future.
