I had a great experience with contraception direct. It was easy, quick and delivered straight to me

Really great service. Booked a call an hour or 2 before the slot, call was on time and I received a text reminder, and the call was really simple to do. Took about 5 minutes total.
Received my pills on Wednesday after the call on Monday.
The only thing I’d warn about is that while discreet, the packaging does list a pharmacy as the return address on the label - so please be aware if you need to hide what the package is from someone.
That’s something I’d really love for Contraception Direct to find a way to change.

The person on the phone was very polite and direct in the options I had. The contraceptive pills arrived quickly and securely. Definitely recommend :)

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Asked if I had any questions. I received my contraception in 3 days. Posted to my home. Much better than rushing to boots before 5pm.

(I am in the UK) Let me say this is Amazing! Reordered the birth control I have been on for years - without needing to wait or coordinate with my GP. Quick phone call and very helpful. Arrived by post within a few days, highly recommend! Finally technology has come together to help women stay on top of these important things :)

Amazing experience! It was so easy to book an appointment, and they called me exactly in my chosen time slot. The person I spoke to was really nice, and the whole appointment took only a couple of minutes - it was so quick and easy.

It’s such a quick convenient way to obtain contraception, especially as it’s so difficult to get into a doctors. Those conducting the telephone consultation are also very friendly and polite.

I had a lovely experience, would highly recommend! I used to put of getting another box as going to see the doctor and then waiting for the pharmacy to have it in took so long.. But with contraception direct, I filled in a form one night, and the next morning I had my 5 minute phone call. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding, within three days a 6 month prescription was at my door! Will absolutely use again and recommend to anyone else who’s had the same struggles.

Really simple process. Getting reminders for the appointments means I never forget to book a pill check and the contraceptives are always sent out with 1/2 days so I never run out. So much easier than booking through my GP and going to the pharmacy

Quick and easy service, I completed the form and arranged a call for when it suited me. Just a few questions and it was confirmed my chosen contraceptive would be on its way. It’s made things so much less stressful than ordering a repeat prescription through the GP as this service often had delays!

So much easier than trying to get an appointment at the doctors or chemist.Got a phone call appointment booked for less than 48 hours time and then delivered in 3 days! At no cost! Will be using this every time. Far less stressful than trying to book a GP appointment and queuing at the chemist for hours !!!
