Numerous calls

Numerous calls, e-mails, and conversations regarding the ROC portion of the Prep materials. I had purchased this in the past; trying to discern what changes and prep materials were relevant went without response or assistance.

We made several attempts to help and provide clarity around the ROC portion of the prep materials, and we understand you previously purchased the program and were trying to confirm what had changed and which materials were still relevant. We also recognize that the support you received didn’t meet your expectations within the timeframe you needed. We offered to get you into our Office Hours session so you could speak directly with an instructor, but we understand that waiting a week for the next available session wasn’t a workable timeline for you. Additionally, we sent an email on April 3rd addressing the specific items you raised regarding the Blueprints and Carpentry Building book content. I’m going to resend the email that outlines the Virginia ROC exam topics exactly as they’re listed on our website, along with the link to join the Office Hours session so you can speak directly to our instructor. Course progress lost

Course progress lost, program locking up

I have been taking a course and got 52% of the way through it. When I log back in to continue the course it said I have no courses currently. When I was finally able to log in, the module i was on is 52 minutes long at it kept freezing up requiring restarting the module.

When you sign in with an alternate email, the system treats it as a separate account, which can make your courses and progress appear missing. Horrible

Horrible . O spent 3 hours and the course locked up when it was time to go to the survey. So I spent 3 hours spent 30 bucks and have no certificate

We checked on our end, and we’re not seeing anything that indicates the course locked up on our side. We can also see that you did complete the course, and your certificate of completion is showing in your account. You can log back into your portal to access your certificate of completion. I was having trouble with my login and I called the customer service and they got me taken care of and I asked about the payment method and the lady said she could get me to the sales person and he got my courses set up for me to pay for them thanks

THIS IS NOT PRETESTING LIKE IT SAID

I DID NOT GET WHAT I THOUGHT WAS PRE TESTING THAT WOULD BE LIKE THE ACTUAL TESTING I WILL BE TAKING. IT WAS A BUNCH OF VIDEOS THAT REALLY GAVE ME ANY INFORMATION WHAT SO EVER AND I PAID $250 FOR NONSENSE.

Thank you for your feedback. We did receive your email, and it looks like you’re currently viewing the Pre-Assessment, which is a short 5-question sample designed to show students the format of the actual practice exam. The full practice exam is directly below the Pre-Assessment.
In addition, below the assessment you’ll also see quizzes organized by book, and the complete practice exam is located below those quizzes as well. For reference, the ICC G13 full practice exam contains 80 questions, and you can take it unlimited times during your access period.
I also sent you an email offering to walk you through the modules step-by-step so you can easily locate the quizzes and full practice exam. If you’d like, reply to that email I sent over and I will be happy to walk you through.

Questionable follow up ...

The gal I spoke with did a great job figuring out what I needed. However I haven't been contacted to activate training nor have I been contacted to fix my password issue. Disappointed in the follow up.
