To be fair, I love their carbon footprint policy. Almost everything is degradable or reused by them, like the insulated bag they use, and the blocks of ice-they are all returned to the company. Their food is great and they used to have (that is correct, USED to have) several gluten free choices, but they got rid of them. The reason they got 2 stars is their customer service is beyond useless. First, you can't call them, only text them. They will text you back but they can't help with anything. Basically, it is a bunch of Gen Z'ers who have little motivation and all they say is, "I'm sorry for your frustration" but don't do anything beyond that. So between the lack of gluten free choices, and abysmally bad customer service, I would recommend other meal services like Hello Fresh or Factor. Avoid Cook Unity with their limited choices and pathetic customer service. BTW, I wrote the CEO and he had a customer rep respond with a text. Not a good move!

Cook Unity seems like a great company. The food is great, delivery is super consistent, the menu/website are easy to navigate, and the customer service is among the best for online companies.

I personally use it to save a lot of time in my week by not cooking, yet still get really good macros for my health / fitness.

I have been receiving meals weekly from Cook Unity for over a year now. I supplement the meals for the evenings when I don’t feel like cooking. The meals are delicious and satisfying. It has relieved the stress of having to prepare meals every night of the week. Delivery service is great. Customer service is very helpful if there are any issues. They use top chefs for these delicious meals. You can choose the category of meal you prefer: low cal, vegan, low salt, gluten free, etc. I have been very satisfied with Cook Unity and highly recommend this food delivery service.

I really enjoy CookUnity. The meals are delicious, convenient for lunches, and perfect portions.
Everything is easily prepared, tastes fresh and great packaging. I also really appreciate the non dairy options, as I have an allergy. I don’t have to compromise taste for it either.

Hello everyone, I don’t eat much so I find that the portion sizes are fine. However, I would like to have delivery on another date. Per my location in the settings I guess I have no other options because it only lists Sunday for delivery! Since I live in a senior center, there are no employees on duty on Sundays, which means I have to go down and meet a driver, which is difficult for me. As far as taste goes the meals are OK, much better than Meals-on-Wheels. Hope this helps!

I'm truly enjoying my experience with Cook Unity. Great variety and options. Many different dietary categories. They sometimes have promos and sales which is nice. Everything isn't a hit but most is. Delivery is always smooth.

Cook Unity makes it so easy for my wife and me to have delicious meals every night when we come home from work without having to shop, cook and clean. Fifteen minutes in the oven and we are sitting down to the meals of our choice. There are many to choose from for every palate and taste. My favorite is their Mac and Cheese.

The food is wonderful! Every dish I tried was delicious, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Portion sizes are excellent.

These were definitely meals worth $16 or more each, in a restaurant setting.

The delivery service was flawless, with my entrees packed in a cooler bag with large ice packs. My driver arrived right when the app said he would, so I could plan ahead. My items didn't wait out in the Phoenix AZ summer heat.

I took off one star, and ultimately canceled service, because of my gluten allergy.

While Cook Unity has a number of delicious gluten free options, it's nowhere near the range of their whole menu. So I'd have a lot of repeats. I also had to scrutinize entree ingredients, as the generic allergy warning symbol didn't always appear for ingredients like barley, orzo pasta, or gravy made with wheat flour. There's also menu fatigue: I found great-sounding meal after meal...only to realize 'oops, gluten!'

If I'm spending on prepared meals, I want to know they're safe for me. So I'm back to my weekend home meal prep for now. I'll try Cook Unity again in a year or so, to see if the gluten free menu has expanded.

If you don't have food allergies, Cook Unity is a amazing service delivering luxury resort-quality meals at fast-casual prices!

The food is great, but the app barely functions. Each time I go in to pick meals, most of the buttons don’t work. Also, cannot confirm claims about new meals available every week, as again, most options to choose don’t work, and I see the same options every week in what is displayed to me. Unfortunately, will be cancelling soon for these reasons. I’ve had a sub since January 2026; I’m in Kentucky.

They charged me 2 times as a first-time buyer within 2 days! How is that possible unless you are trying to be a rat? Some of these companies are so sleezy. I haven't even gotten the first week's food, which comes in almost one week, and I'm charged both the first week and the second week within 2 days of signing up lol.

Edit. They literally stole my credit card information and charged me for an extra full week, and they didn't even give me my first week. Then, when you talk to them, they say they charged me 3 times. HUH?! When did I order 3 weeks of food at once? Always buy with credit cards from fraudulent companies like these so you can report it as unauthorized like this. I have no idea why fitness companies run like this. They just lie and steal like LA fitness when you try to cancel your membership.

There’s a lot of things we love about CookUnity… we would never be able to assemble all of the wonderful ingredients the chef’s use to create these meals. There is no way… it’s not our passion - so we’re happy to leave it to the experts. We love knowing a little bit about the chefs - and it was interesting to see whose food we consistently enjoyed the most… so we have our favorite chefs…

I’ve seen CookUnity advertised and they show the meals being eaten out of the containers that they came in… Please put your food on a plate… I mean, heat up in the container and put it on a plate. This food is so beautiful, and the portions are substantial… the food warrants being transferred to a plate…

CookUnity has simplified our lives and saves us money… we were inadvertently wasting so much food and money on things that were sitting in the refrigerator going bad… no more guilt about that! It’s like a weight has been lifted… don’t know why it took us so long to embrace this whole idea, but it’s one of the best things we’ve ever done…

I love cook unity! i have a busy non Wfh job and when I get home to my yummy and healthy cook unity I feel amazing!

The turnaround time from agents is 10-15 minutes and the customer service is fab! Shoutout to Miguel!

Ive tired factor before and always felt food subscriptions are supposed to be boring and non filling but cookunity has changed the game. The food is SO tasty and fresh and it fills you up!

Love these meals! The variety is great and there have been very few issues with any order and if there is, they are taken care of promptly! Cook Unity saves me so much time and I love it!!

I have had repeated problems with my deliveries since I began using this service. Most often, my order gets delivered to some random location and I have to track it down even though I have provided extremely detailed directions and even included pictures. FYI, I have no issues with the many other services that deliver here, this is strictly a Cookunity problem. Today was the last straw, the delivery driver FINALLY delivered the package to the correct location, but he drove through my neighborhood at 50mph when there are signs everywhere clearly stating a 5mph speed limit. There are many children and pets where I live, so this has now become a safety issue which is unacceptable. As a result, I canceled my account and contacted all the other residents here explaining the issues I've had, apologized for Cookunity's incompetence and recommended they not use this service.

Cook Unity is a top notch food delivery company. They genuinely have the best meals, created by true chefs and the food is amazing! I have used Ideal Nutrition and a few others but none of them can compete with Cook Unity! Customer service is awesome, Miquel, you are a gem, thank you for your help!!

Cook Unity is the best meal delivery service by far! The food is excellent. Always prepared perfectly and tasting fantastic. There is an amazing selection of all kinds of meals, and you can easily search for food that meets your individual needs. I am 100% sold on this service and most highly recommend it!!
