Product got here in excellent condition but it took AGES to arrive! That’s the only reason for my lower score. They said ‘x days to despatch’ which was true - but delivery was much much longer!

The website was easy and straightforward to use. The delivery was within the timescale quoted. Just a pleasant experience, really.

Excellent product and seller, very safe reliable double-boxed packaging, super fast delivery, all very good. Highly recommended seller. The "Le Creuset" 31cm Signature oval casserole is exactly what I needed, and the price here was extremely attractive. The casserole is slightly heavy to handle, but it compensates for it in many other ways. I use it every week to cook chicken in the oven, in order to reduce spillovers. It is the perfect size for chicken, and it comes out crispy and tender in an hour. Many thanks

I ordered a set of wine glasses which arrived promptly. Unfortunately one was broken. However, Etrias customer services were fantastic. It was easy to get through on the phone and they were very polite and apologetic. I needed to email them a photo of the broken glass and my email exchange with them was very straightforward, with very quick response time. A new glass arrived within days. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

A few problems with ordering via paypal. My payment went through but was not showing on Etrias as paid. Had to make phone call to try and find out what was going on. The next day the payment had been refunded so had to repeat the order and payment process.
The item came super quickly and was a good price. Wish that there had been some packaging as it came in the retail box only and has a small dink in the back of the bin. I would order from this retailer again.

Bought a (very expensive) Peugeot salt mill as one of a pair with the Peugeot pepper mill. It put out hardly any salt so I made a complaint and was sent a new mill. Same problem with the replacement. Cookwarestore refunded me for the salt mill but wouldn’t accept the pepper mill back as it had been used, which leaves me having to find a new pair of salt and pepper mills and footing the bill for the Peugeot pepper mill. Not acceptable really.

I was looking everywhere for a Lodge cast iron pan & found this store and I'm glad I ordered from here. Delivery was fast and the pan was just as described.
