I was very satisfied with the Customer service which I called 3 times in 2 days, the order was easy and fast, the delivery was one day late but I was informed about.
I got support even in English because I don't speak German, I got a voucher for the delay in delivery, so I recommend the company to anybody in case of requesting my opinion.

Bought a dyson vacuum cleaner and it was the best experience. Firstly I was worried about delivery's length, because it was promised in the next day and it was different region of Germany.
