however, ive now ordered 3 other times, and each time they've delivered promptly, and remembered all my items.
great tasting pork scratchings, great tasting sweets, and lovely cookies! hoping they stock their fudge soon!
but yeah, reliable service, great tasting produce, prompt delivery.

Outstanding customer service from the team at cool hog! Can't get enough of the Maple Syrup flavour! Such good quality always! The only downside is that I'll probably end up looking like a pork scratching before long!

Completely get your point on the flavours though, especially if you ended up with a few on the hotter side. The mystery box can be a bit of a gamble, but that’s useful for us to know and something we can look at improving.
Good shout as well on smaller bags with more variety, that’s definitely something we’ve had a few people mention 👀

These are the best pork scratchings I have ever tasted (again) Tried 5 favours so far and cannot fault any. Service has been excellent. Cool Hog have helped me out with a Royal Mail isssue I had.
They get a 5* recommendation from me.

Great pork scratchings with great service
The staff were friendly and helpful. The product is great. Just enough crunch to really feel like pork scratchings, but not so tough, you could lose a tooth. The taste is perfect, just what you want.
