I appreciated that the company made retrieving the golf cart and bringing it back very easy! The transport from and back to my hotel made this experience very stress free. Also, golf carts were in top form!!!

It was my husbands 70th birthday and we had never been to Key West and Everglades. It was a wonderful time

We had a great time on the sunset cruise! It may have been the highlight of our trip. The crew was welcoming, fun, funny and great to deal with. They were very interactive and they were very friendly. The food and drink was top-notch! What made it very relaxing was that the boat was not overcrowded like many we had witnessed before registering for this cruise. I would highly recommend booking this sunset cruise if you get the chance.

Talked to this Co. before arriving in Florida; they were very nice to deal with; when arriving in Key West, they kindly provided a shuttle for us. The 4 seater Golf cart was amazing and they also shuttled us back to the ship. Highly recommend.

Easy and quick check in! Golf cart was in great condition. Return was fast. Walking distance from cruise port but they if wanted or needed they will shuttle to/from their location. Will definitely use them again.

Great service

We decided we didn’t want scooters so we were able to get an electric golf cart. They also provide a shuttle that picks you up at your hotel.

Great way to get around and see Key West! Only drawback is trying to find parking as many sites are limited with respect to parking.

We had so much fun zipping around Key West on our 4-seater golf cart we rented from Hydro Thunder. Two of the best things were they picked us up where we were staying and the guy who checked us in. He gave us all kinds of local tips. He was a local himself and he was so very helpful. He even marked special places on a map. I only gave Hydro Thunder 4 stars because they failed to tell us their shuttle stopped at 6:00. We returned the cart at 6:30. However, it did save us a day of sore feet and aching backs walking the island. It was easy to find parking also. I would highly recommend Hydro Thunder for a golf cart rental but be aware that they close at 6:00 and you return the cart to a different location than where you pick it up.

It was a very pleasurable experience renting from Cool Key West. They were extremely thorough checking us in, ensuring sure we understood the functions of the golf cart, explaining where we could park, and how to return the cart when our rental was complete. We highly recommend them for your rental.
